I’m just another guy who loves his family. I like food/nutrition stuff, I roast my own coffee and I’m a BJJ purple belt.

Let’s pack the house out!

This is the main fundraiser for the Conway Public Schools Orchestra for the year. Everyone is invited. These students work so hard to put on an entertaining experience for the community. Come eat some taco salads and enjoy the show.

Crocktober is it?

Angel chicken

Ingredients
3 chicken breasts thawed.
2 Italian seasoning packets
1 container of Philly cream cheese onion / chive flavor
2 cans cream of golden mushroom soup
1/2 stick of butter
1 box spaghetti noodles.

Place 3 thawed chicken breasts into the crock pot. Cover with two packets of Italian season. Cover with two cans of cream of golden mushroom soup. Place the cream cheese on top of everything and add the 1/2 stick of butter.

Cook on low for about 3 hours. Remove the chicken and cube. Add back and mix everything.

At the 4 hour mark cook and drain the spaghetti and mix it into the sauce. Turn the crockpot to keep warm. Serve with garlic bread and salad. by @jdaddy0523

I’ve discovered that the rate of flow on my Moka pot is crucial to ending with a delicious sweet cup of coffee. If yours is sputtering and violently erupting, it tends to make for a bitter and flat cup.

The method I’ve figured out is to use cold water to start. Go with a touch above medium heat on the stove. When I start heating sounds I reduce the heat to just below medium. As soon as it sputters when it finished I take it off the stove and pour it into a cup. I’ve yet to find a better brew method. by @jdaddy0523
