How many of my meals had something from my garden today? Yes! First couple pics are today’s harvest. Sandwich almost everything gathered from my garden, tomato, basil, some spicy peppers, and nasturtium. Yum! My pretty sunflowers. Squash blossoms. Zinnas. Baby squash. Pepper blossoms. Very happy with my little garden. 💚🍅🌿🍃 also my #bybee plate 😍 by @jellaj

25 miles in 2:08 hours. A reel of a ride in reverse. So beautiful. A little gravel as well. Such great music in my ears. A new favorite song. Just a perfect ride. So grateful for my bike, and my bodies ability to take me there. 🖤🖤🖤 #legacytrail #cycling #cyclingwoman #womencycling taken in Legacy Trail Kentucky Horse Park Trailhead by @jellaj

Sometimes simple things bring me joy. My walk is as much movement in motion, a balance between mind and body, and a treasure hunt that takes me there. My propagation station. 💜 Torby loves sleeping on her pink sweater 🩷 new blooms 🧡sunset 💛birds nest 💚 window cat 🩵 porch cat 💜more window cat 🩷 Big Boi Kitty 🧡 more sunsets 💛 and a kitty napping in the shade I spotted on my bike ride. 💚 ohhhhh and somewhere in there a small redbud leaf. brilliant scarlet heart, reminding me that there are so many tiny beautifull things to be found, even if I feel weary, here is this little teensy heart lovely on the ground. taken in Lexington, Kentucky by @jellaj

#Koyaanisqatsi is a Hopi word meaning “life out of balance” or “life in turmoil”. Reading that, and this song’s lyrics repeated, and this sunset, brought me some peace and comfort. In this darkness, please light my way. #Sunset #slowmo #timelapse taken in University of Kentucky by @jellaj

The #legacytrail is so damn good. Laying under some trees before journeying back. My legs how I like them best, covered in sweat, dirt, sunscreen, absolutely COOKED from biking. Damn. The clouds on my ride were so lovely. 20 miles? 26? Idk. A flower I grew. Crouton reminding us that laying outside is so lovely and purrrrfect. Siouxie Sioux greeting us on the porch. #zinnia festival being pretty. A reminder to look at every single day. 🩷🔥🐱🌿🧊🔮 all in one weekend. by @jellaj
