POSTS STORIES REELS

We are so grateful to @altheacdmtv of @wkbw for interviewing Lauren Lee, a 30-year-old breast cancer thriver who we are so proud of.

Our friends at @f45_training_amherst are hosting a fitness class this Saturday to raise funds for Lauren and we could not be more grateful.

Us women have to stick together and we are so happy to see these beautiful women showing up for Lauren.

So grateful when nice humans find @sweetbuffalo716 and team up with us for a good cause!

Thank you @jennay246 and @perspective_carolyn for joining us on @news4buffalo to discuss how @f45_training_amherst will be supporting breast cancer warrior Lauren Lee through a special fitness class on Oct. 24.

Carolyn is leading the class as coach which makes this even more special because she's a breast cancer survivor too. 🩷 by @jennay246

I recently heard a local small business owner talk about “sitting in your own space.”

It stayed with me… because I don’t often take the time to just sit in ours and truly take it all in.

Almost five years ago, we opened the doors to F45 Amherst with a vision.

Since then, I’ve grown in ways I never imagined — as a business owner, a woman, a leader, a teammate, and a mom.

My family has grown alongside this business, and so has this incredible community.

Being a small business owner isn’t always easy. Early mornings. Late nights. Challenges no one sees. But what makes it all worth it?

The people. The connections. The relationships we build every single day.

Our team is the heart of this space. Their energy, passion, and care poured into every class, for our members and for each other.

And our members… you are the magic. ✨
You walk in as strangers, leave as friends, and often become family. The laughter, the high-fives, the breakthroughs, the strength built inside and out — that’s the real connection.

F45 Amherst isn’t just a studio.
It’s people.
It’s community.
It’s connection.
It’s family.

To every coach, every member, every supporter who’s been part of this journey — you are our WHY.
You’ve changed my life more than you know. 💙❤️🥹 by @jennay246
