It’s with the heaviest heart, I share the news that we lost our Matriarch Aunty Annette Marie Bates over the weekend 💔🌹💔

We’re all still in shock and still processing the change as our family will never be the same.

A GoFundMe has been started to try and lift some of the financial stress from the family (🔗Link in my Bio).

Happy 1st Heavenly ~ Childhood Birthday Dad ✨🕊️🎂

I love you BIGGER and miss you in the weirdest way, because I feel you around all the time now 🦅🫶🏽

Most know the story by now. For those who don’t…

Dad spent his childhood (in the homes where he grew up - St. Heliers) celebrating his birthday on May 20. It was only as an adult, when he needed ID, he applied for his Birth Certificate and learned his birthday was actually May 16.

So in well kept tradition, we party for 4 days.

(MY partying has consisted of tea parties and chill days with my daughter, mum got wild enough in Adelaide last week thanks 😆💁🏽‍♀️).

MY MIRACLE BABY 🥹

After being told in my 20s that I couldn’t have a baby ~ this is all still very surreal for me.

I’m so in awe of my beautiful little miracle.

No job or achievement in my life will ever come close to being ‘Mum’ - A privilege I never, ever thought I would experience.
