I am looking for women to journey with me through Womb Hara Massage. Each session is a ceremony, lasting two hours.
In particular, I am looking to work with at least one woman on a fertility journey, and three who are either moving through grief, trauma, painful periods, postpartum, menopause, or would like to connect deeper to their womb.
This offering is a part of my case studies for my certification. The exchange is $100 a session. Once certified the exchange will be $325 a session.

One week full of sisterhood/ girlhood.

I had someone ask me the other day if there was anything I experienced in my training that I wasn't expecting. Other than my new found love of body work (which is a whole other post), I was not expecting at all the amount of joy and laughter I would experience. Chalk it up to these women, or to yet another benefit of all the beautiful womb work, I think it was both.

In stirring the caldron (as my teacher @theinstituteoffemininearts puts it) of the womb/hara, I expected a lot to come up. Grief, pain, and even numbness. And though that did happen, I was not expecting to feel all the spaciousness, joy and pure presence.
Beautiful things happen when women come together. Beautiful things happen when women hold each other.
I'm so excited to share this medicine with you🙏

Some things I have learned that keep me anchored to this time; my heart, the sun, presence.

Can you track all the sounds in your environment? What direction are they coming from? Are they of nature or man-made? Just notice. by @jennlawley
