We’ve just wrapped up our Ireland and Canada Womb Hara Massage trainings, immersed in the magic of the land and the beauty of sisterhood.

It’s been such a nourishing time, sharing our stories, laughing, crying and holding one another, giving and receiving this loving touch. We all left with full hearts and soulful connections I know will continue to blossom.

The ancestors of the land held us as we opened to embody and receive the medicine of this sacred massage.

A big, heartfelt thank you to @chels1976 and @kufuka.rising for your beautiful support throughout the training.

I love Canada so much that I’ve already booked to return for October 1 to 6, 2027. Ireland dates will be coming soon too.

We've spent a lot of time lately celebrating the amazing teachers you see on our regular schedule.

But this place wouldn't function without an equally amazing team supporting them.

Life happens.

People get sick. Kids get sick. Vacations happen. Cars occasionally get smashed. Teachers need a day off. And somehow, 40-something classes still need someone standing at the front of the room.

We don't cancel classes.

And while I will teach them all if necessary, eventually I become cranky and nobody (Lacia) wants that.

Trust us.

So this one is for the people who answer the texts. Who jump in when we need them. Who rearrange their lives, sometimes with very little notice, and allow us to keep doing what we do.

Jenn. Julie. Kate. Leah. Meaghan.

And a few other wonderful humans who have stepped in and helped us along the way.

You may not see their names on the schedule every week, but their fingerprints are all over this place.

They give our regular teachers the freedom to have lives outside of the studio. They give Lacia and I people we can trust when something comes up. And most importantly, they make sure our community still gets the class they showed up for.

A great team isn't just the people you see all the time.

It's also the people who show up when you need them.

And we have some really good ones!

To our supporting cast — thank you!

That’s how summer passed… filled with triumph, love and transformation. The last few months were a whirlwind. I finished my practicum and graduated the acupuncture program, visited back home to Ontario for the first time in 3 years, saw my bestie for the first time in 2 years (@waterswithin_ I’m still moved by all those soul chats on the beach), met my perfect nephew, hugged my sweet nieces and lost count of all the blessings along the way. Entering autumn with a full and sleepy heart ❤️
