Clients like @tarikskubal are my reminder that what we do in the studio works on the field. It reminds me that I have a pretty big role as part of a team that keeps the best of the best…THE BEST. And it’s a reminder to me that although it feels nice, I don’t need the validation of others to make that real.

•
I cannot thank my clients enough for trusting me and my process. YOU are my priority inside of the studio and I will continue to keep doing the best for you all 🤍
•
Shoutout to @shotbydub for the footage 🙏🏼

Tactile Cueing: physical touch, pressure, or object contacts used to guide, communicate with, or stimulate the body and brain
•
This is by far the type of cueing that works best for me and my teaching style when it comes to my clients. I can say one thing, while helping something feel what I’m saying.
•
Notice it’s not just one and done, it’s constant cueing, touching, reminding, figuring out etc.

Do what you gotta do to help your client achieve what you want. by @jessmpate

MS (Multiple Sclerosis) is a disease that attacks the protective layer around your nerve fibers. It also comes with some other symptoms, spasticity being one of them! Spasticity can be affected by various things; including the temperature/weather outside!
•
This is one of those things you don’t learn in a Pilates training…you learn by DOING. By spending time with the client. By asking a shit-ton of questions and finally being comfortable to put your foot on their chest to help them achieve the movement!
•
Shoutout to Deb for always being down to try my shenanigans by @jessmpate
