I removed 2 egg yolks from my breakfast… and no, it’s not because I think egg yolks are bad. 👇

Yesterday I showed you what I eat in a day. Today is slightly different because nutrition shouldn’t be about eating the exact same foods every day.

It’s about understanding your requirements, planning ahead and adjusting accordingly.

That’s also why @jetlagged_chef works so well for me. I know the calories and macros in my meals before I eat them, which makes planning the rest of my day incredibly simple.

The goal isn’t a perfect day.
