Community - you know it’s good when you smile like this when you see them 💞 Especially when you know @emmagpt is on 🎉🎉 duty!

Been running with @adidasrunners since 2019 and have made so many amazing friends through the community, it’s so much more than running.

Also, if I ever say I don’t enjoy a marathon, let’s remind me of these pics at mile 23 🙌🏼

Meet my client Jo!

Jo came to me for an extra push when I launched Project 12. She’s a keen runner who’s already achieved some incredible things, including completing the Six World Marathon Majors!

Sometimes, even when you’re doing amazing things, you need that extra bit of accountability, structure and focus to keep moving forward.

Here’s what Jo had to say…

THE BEST DAY - Always!

I love @officialbighalf and have been lucky enough to run every single one of them, so come see what number 9 was like!

The community is out in force and that for me is what today is all about, the chats along the way, the hugs 💞 it’s so much more than a race.

Thank you @kaitlynkuv for the 📸

HALF MARATHON ROUND-UP 🏅✨ | Week -10

Before we get into the detail I’m sure most of you know as part of my London Marathon journey, I’m fundraising for our local children’s hospital which is incredibly close to our hearts 🤍

If you’re able to donate even a few pennies, I would be so, so grateful. We’ve spent more days (and nights) there than we ever imagined with Amelia, and the care we received will stay with us forever. Asking for sponsorship is awkward at times lol, so please don’t make beg 😂 Story + link in bio.

Now… onto the excitement.

My first official race as part of marathon training and what a day it was. @runthroughuk

3 PBs achieved 🙌
But honestly, this one wasn’t about the time.

It was about:
• Getting used to crowds (which I’m not great with 😅)
• Learning the bag drop chaos
• Finding the start line without panicking
• Soaking up the atmosphere
• And doing it all fuelled by glitter and unicorn socks 🦄✨

It was FREEZING 🥶 but we kept smiling the whole way.

Chip time: 2:39:44

Huge thank you to @jkm87_runsandeats for suggesting we sign up — I’m so glad you did. Your support yesterday and throughout this whole training journey means the world ❤️

@runsianrun thank you for helping me settle my pace at the start — it made such a difference and I loved our laps together. Also… “My Running Tuck Shop” launching soon 🤣🍬

And watching @gemmaannnewbery absolutely SMASH her half marathon PB 🔥 Truly inspiring. You looked incredible out there.

So proud of all of you.

If post-race lunch is involved… count me in every time 😍

And thank you @endure_fitness_pt for getting me to this point! To think I was at 3k when we started working together. This medal is just as much yours 🫶🏻

Week -10 done.
London, we’re building. 🏃🏼‍♀️✨

Take me back to Italy 💙🇮🇹

I love a little run explore when I’m away, especially when there are routes like that.

Comfy and supported in my @sportjockuk bra. Honestly they are the best. If you check them out and fancy giving them a go use Joanna10 for 10% discount.

Super excited to be working with @sportjockuk over the next 6 months. My first ever ambassador gig.

I have tried ALL the sports bras! But honestly after being fitted by @boobydoobras back in March and finding Sportjock I haven’t looked back.

>>> for just how many random sports bras I’ve purchased!

Check them out and if you decide to buy, use JOANNA10 for 10% discount.
