Blessed with our first Bassmaster College win at the first stop of the year for the Bassmaster College series! We also caught our biggest 5 fish bag day one nearly busting the 30 lb mark!

Blessed with the win today fishing solo on a windy Ross Barnett with 23lbs. The lake is on absolute fire right now🔥🔥! Definitely lost some that would have helped but we got it done!

What a blessed week on Lake Wheeler fishing the @mlfbig5official National Championship! This was my last ever MLF college fishing tournament. It has been a blast the past 5 years of my college fishing career. I will cherish and never forget these memories, friendships, and relationships that I have made in this amazing sport! Although we did not bring home the win, I’ll never forget this tournament. God provided for us each day and blessed us to fish the last day, which was an experience I’ll never forget. I’d like to thank everyone for the support, prayers, phone calls, and texts! The support has been unreal! Now it’s time to carry this college momentum into the next chapter of fishing! Stay tuned! #notdoneyet

Me and @_blakebullock finally got back in the boat together and stumbled on a few today that was good enough for a win in the Mississippi Flyway Conservation tournament, and a 3rd place in media bass on a stingy Ross Barnett! Thank you lord!

It’s been an interesting week here at Kentucky lake for the @bass_nation open. It’s been a grind, but we’re gonna burn a tank of gas and go swinging tomorrow! Ran into some issues with my live scope transducer going out in practice, however, the garmin guys at the trailer got me fixed right up! Huge shoutout to the guys @phoenixbassboats , @minnkotamotors , and @garminmarine that were able to make some key repairs to my electronics and boat this week! We’re gonna go out and swing tomorrow and hopefully put 5 in the boat! Also huge shoutout for the guys @duncanmarineoutdoors helping get my new lower unit! Y’all go check them out!

We were definitely a “practice winner” at Grand Lake this past week. After being in a slump this year, I finally felt like I put the right pieces together and made the right decisions. I just wasn’t able to execute this week. With this tough group of anglers, that is one thing you have to do. I shared the same water as the majority of the top 10, we just couldn’t put them in the boat. Every time something seems to go right this year, we bomb a tournament. It’s been an unexpected rough go. We’re at rock bottom and it’s gonna be hard to dig ourselves outta this hole to make the EQs. It’s been a while since I’ve bombed two big tournaments in a row like this. Can’t wait to get back on the road to Kentucky Lake and get back on some TVA water! Got lots of ground to make up! Only way to go is ⬆️. KY here we come. Nothing beats the TVA in May!
