The Barre Method teacher training ‘26’
From all over the North Island, we helped nurture their passion for movement so they can hold space in their respective communities.

After three days, an abundance of Barre burning fire was felt, cultivated & shared 🫶🏽

As always, thank you @sala_akl for hosting us!
And congrats to our newest barre method alumni!
Jane & Katie
xx

Meitaki Rarotonga 🌺
This trip is still feeling special & I’ll clutch this experience close to my heart. Having reconnected with family & friends, to my dad’s home, it was an emotional departure but we will be back.
Our honeymoon was absolute bliss, and my husband is honestly the best travel buddie! 🌸 taken in Rarotonga, Cook Island by @jmiriama

To my husband on his birthday 🎈
The start of our year was the beginning of the rest of our lives together. And for me, the most loving way we could show up for. You’ve chosen to share your world with me & I’m so proud to have you in mine.

The sweetest thread forever binding me to London; my family & most importantly my grandparents (both in their 90’s & hadn’t seen since I lived in London right before covid).
