Thank You for Being Part of This Year’s Genius Network Annual Event!

It was awesome to see so many smart, generous, and giving Entrepreneurs in one room. It reminded me why I started Genius Network in the first place.

My goal with Genius Network is to create a CONNECTION network. A place where you can become a better Entrepreneur and learn from others who have already solved the problems you are trying to solve.

This year I saw it everywhere. Real conversations. Real breakthroughs. Real relationships being built. That’s what Genius Network is all about.

If one idea, one person, or one conversation from the event makes your life more E.L.F (Easy, Lucrative, and Fun)... that’s a “Return on Genius”.

Looking ahead to 2026, the focus stays the same. Keep making Entrepreneurs like you become better and grow. Keep creating connection, collaboration, and clarity for you... and have fun doing it. :)

What you integrate changes your life.

You can hear about something new all day long. Until you fit it into your life, nothing changes.

For me to walk 30 minutes to an hour every day, a lot of other things had to change.

I spent a whole month's income on one course.

I was broke, living off credit cards and running a carpet cleaning business that grossed about $2,300 a month. Then I put a $2,000 VHS seminar on a credit card.

I figured out the psychology of why people buy, then taught it to carpet cleaners. A quarter million the first year. Half a million the second. A million the third.

AI can write faster than ever. Understanding people is still what makes it work.

Want an unfair advantage? Do the basics almost nobody does anymore.

Show up on time. Do what you say you're going to do. Finish what you start. Say please and thank you.

Most people are playing the wrong game, and they don't even know it.

The status game can make you famous for a while. It can make you look good and even make you money. It won't build your character.

Growth feels harder. Like the gym. That kind of stress builds you.

The only games you'll ever win are the ones you actually want to play.

Our Genius Youth group just spent a good chunk of time handwriting cards. Do you know how many adults don't even do that anymore?

With robotics and AI, people are losing the ability to think. And the simple stuff is disappearing right along with it.

Dan Sullivan's referability habits: show up on time, do what you say you're going to do, finish what you start and say please and thank you. None of that is sophisticated. Hardly anyone does it.

Which means if you do, you have an unfair advantage. Just by being aware, attentive and helpful.

I'm on the 6th floor of the Waldorf Astoria in Washington D.C., looking down into an atrium that used to be a post office.

Built in 1899. The glass roof was there so the mail clerks had enough light to work by. Then the mail moved out, and by the 1970s the whole building was almost bulldozed. A few people fought to save it instead.

Now it's a hotel. A building made to deliver messages, still delivering them, just a different kind now.

Direct mail still works. It works better now because almost everyone else has abandoned it. Dean Jackson and I get into this on I Love Marketing.

Drop a letter in the mail. Send something to someone you love.
