Here are the stage shots from the Upstate Super Show, the 1st of 3 shows on my journey to earning my IFBB Pro card.

I'm proud of the work I put in to get to this show, and the work I'm putting in as I keep going down this road toward that pro card.

As a competitor, it wasn’t where I hoped I’d land. I’ve brought better packages before, and I believe the judges saw that too. The results reflected it. The main feedback was to come in tighter and drier, and I completely agree. That’s exactly what I’m doing as I get ready for my next show on October 3rd.

I’m grateful for Chris, the Upstate Super Show committee, and the NPC Carolinas league for putting together an amazing show. Everything ran smoothly, and they reminded me how much I’ve missed competing in the NPC. I can’t wait to fly out to Dallas and bring a better package to the next one.

I’m grateful for everyone who has supported me along the way and continues to cheer me on. Shout out to my coach @jermainegadsden_ for keeping me locked in as we continue working on this season.

You’re also looking at the new Mr. Spartanburg, which is kind of cool. I still took 1st in my class, and I’ll take 1st in my class again at the next one. But this time, we’re going for the overall. by @johnnifit

Road to IFBB Pro

Tbh this is the fastest I’ve ever like gotten back to the gym after a show. Also did this with maybe less than 12 hours of combined sleep between Thursday and Sunday.

There is just too much on the line to not get back to work. Not ready to celebrate yet. I am 6 weeks out from touching the pro card!!

Road to IFBB Pro

I’m actually mad because this weeks Crumbl line up is 10x better than last week. I feel like I wasted calories now. Crumbl better have a better lineup the week of November 14th! Or I’m going to Crave Cookies by @johnnifit

Your men’s physique overall champion at the @npctexasnatural_ … @johnnifit 🥇

Incredibly proud of Johnni. Went from a series of unlucky events at 48 hours out and not sure if we would make it here to being the last man standing. Our 2nd overall together feels just as special as the first.

Incredibly proud of you brother, 2 shows down.. 1 more to go. The next stop is the best stop. Let’s get there, together. 🏁 by @johnnifit
