Had a few of my clients fly in over this past weekend to smash a few team lifts along with dinner and bowling. But it’s deeper than… we’re a family. We grind together and we shine together ⚡️.

Having a few members of the fam here made my heart so full. Having 1-on-1 time with them, talking to them and pushing them is what makes this team so special. The ONLY thing the matters is having a positive impact on EVERY individual who chooses me to be apart of their journey ❤️
-
By keeping God first, how can I lose? It ain’t for me, it’s for him and his glory. Join me and my brothers as we take on 2024… TOGETHER! (Link in bio to apply).

Post-Show Update: 3.5 weeks out from first Bodybuilding Show. Only up about 5 lbs.

I saw Larry Wheels gained 50 pounds after his show, I think that’s so unhealthy for your body..

Of course when you’re enhanced you can push the limits a little more, but that can’t be good for your body in the long-term.

The biggest keys to keeping the weight gain minimal would be to continue doing your cardio.

I would still wake up and do 10, 20, sometimes 30 minutes of cardio.

Cardio is fun, and it helps me get my mind ready for the day.

The second thing would be sticking to the meal plan.

Now I’ve definitely had 3-4 days where I had pizza, donuts, Chinese food; all the foods my body was craving, but after I binged I always got back on my meal plan.

That combined with the cardio has kept my weight gain to a minimum, and I’m excited to see the progress this offseason.

Back is a weakpoint so you’ll be seeing a lot of those, and overall size and thickness in the arms and shoulders.

Like if you’re ready to start #bulkingszn 💪🏽

POV: you see this on your mom’s fridge what are you doing?

The older I get the more I realize how important the struggle is.

God will test you, stretch you, and mold you to become the person you need to become.

Every struggle you go through, no matter how bad it seems, is designed to be a crucial part of your development.

You need to struggle.

Have faith that this will pass, and you will come out 10x better because of it ✌🏽

The guy in the left was lost..

Drinking, eating like crap. Going with the flow, no purpose in life.

This was when Covid hit and everyone was trying to adjust. That same year my mom passed away.

It was a very dark time.

The guy on the right is happy, healthy, confident, and most importantly in alignment with his higher self.

Sharing this so you know that whatever you’re going through, you will overcome. ☝🏽

Without the hard times, you wouldn’t feel the good times.

And trust me, the good times are worth it 💪🏽

2 months left in 2023, let’s finish strong ✌🏽
