Posterior Pulverised 🔥

Almost 2 weeks post show now, sleep is getting better and energy levels are rising day by day.

First off season legday set the standard 🔥❤️

Hard work, full dedication and no compromises to become undeniable next time around.

Doing my absolute best to outwork myself.

Food has been increased, body is responding very well and performance is improving a lot!

Feeling grateful and blessed to be able to do what I love as always.

Back at the gym after 4 days rest post show 🙏🏻

Absolutely attacked the weights and had an amazing time, I’ve missed training like a madman 😈

93 kgs now so 2 kgs up from registered show weight (91.15kgs) last weekend! I had burger and fries post show and then some Icelandic chocolate the day after 🇮🇸

Everything has been on plan after that 🫡

Physique is looking healthier and less dry and hard. Everything is feeling great! Strength is coming back and joints are feeling better 🔥 taken in Kristiansand, Norway by @joikind
