Jóhann made his debut this fall after 1.5 years of working with @trtlarsen . What a powerhouse of a debut season across both NPC and IFBB — bringing home some gold along the way! 🏆

Jóhann is now heading into his improvement season, and we’re already excited to see what he brings to the stage next time around.
Stay tuned 😏

Flere shows, mer utvikling, mer dedikasjon. Vi er bare i starten🏆😈

I love everything i do in life, otherwise i wouldn't do it. I'm not the best at social media so posting and showing what goes on is not something i naturally do, but im trying to improve😊

I don't coach for placings or medals.
I coach with the purpose of making sure the client is happy with their look, that they grow and get the best out of their physique, but also grow mentally as a person.
But obviously it makes me extremely happy to see them get the recognition they deserve and the placings they deserve🥇

This season was a big one. A load of gold medals, silver, bronze and top5s at every show. 4 shows in 5 weeks and we still have 1 more to go in a few weeks for some of them. Me and @juuneha do a lot of this together, talking strategy, posing and tweaks across athletes of every division, and it works out great.

Super proud of everything single one of you. I require a lot of you and i hold you to hard standards, but its all from a place of love❤️

On to the next one☝🏻

Registration for @ifbb_norway Norwegian Championships in Bergen done 🤝

Tomorrow we go again for the last time this season!
This time I’m doing only Men’s Open Bodybuilding, so it’s gonna be a lot of fun 👊🏻

Will be on stage at 12-12.30 I think.
Show starts at 12.00 and Men’s Bodybuilding is first on stage, so now we rest up, eat and get ready for tomorrow ..

It’s Time to work🤝

Stolt mamma i Södertälje denne helgen 🫶

Per usual @stark.sodertalje was a great place to start this weekend, shoot some shots & talk some sh*t. We headed directly to registration to continue just that & we saw some good shapes that will be showing this weekend💪🏽📸 #gym621
