This morning’s 10 mile trail run was a bit of an adventure! Canal paths, overgrown woodland paths, cornfields and along the Severn. Loved every step.

Had a lovely cruise around the lake on my beautiful @skindog_surfboards Cherry picker. Forever grateful to those who gave me this board. 🙏

It was a lovely session shared with lots of lovely work colleagues kicking back on longboards.

4 half marathons completed by us in very hot conditions. 31 laps of the lake was brutal and we were all cooked at the end. But we are elated to support @pancreaticcanuk. We have raised over £1600 in online and physical donations at time of writing this post.

We are so appreciative of all the support we have received.

Two days to go! A final spin of the legs on the treadmill! Had a bit of a stiff calf muscle the last few days as my old trainers have finally lost their support, so breaking in some new ones.

Saturday 11am @thewave for 31 laps of the lake to complete a half marathon.
