🌜5/16 ✨ I had the pleasure of hosting an intimate performance of my songs for some of my closest people. I have never felt super comfortable performing and being seen in front of others with something as personal as music, but I knew I had to start somewhere. I've been working on my album of original songs for years now and things are finally coming together. sharing the songs meant so much to me 💌 I'm excited to perform in the future in all kinds of scenarios, but I'm grateful to have the memory of starting it here.

hello friends, here's a cozy cover of I'm on Fire by Bruce Springsteen ⭐️ I've been revisiting his music and listening to Nebraska lately in anticipation for the new biopic and felt called to cover this longtime favorite song. enjoy ❤️ by @joyous.moon

sit on the porch with me :) for the first time I am sharing one of the earliest songs I wrote as Joyous Moon, from 2019. it's new for me to share it in this way with a wide audience! I am ready to be brave! thank you for listening, more to come soon ♥️🌜🪁

EDIT: I forgot to add some of the lyrics in the vid so here they are :)

I, I look at you
I look at you
I want to be one with you
I look at you today

you're so beautiful in the night
when I see you smile again
I miss you everyday
when I'm feeling small about it
I look away by @joyous.moon
