🤍💍🕊️

On Friday, we had the joy of singing at Einfach heiraten at Genezarethkirche in Berlin.

Throughout the day, people came to receive a blessing in many different ways. Some celebrated their love, some came on their own, and others marked a transition, a farewell, or simply paused to receive what the moment had to offer. We, too, received a blessing as an ensemble.

To accompany these moments with song was deeply moving.

Again and again, we are reminded that music can meet people where words are no longer enough. Sometimes all that is needed is a voice that stays, a shared silence, a song.

Thank you to everyone who welcomed us into these intimate moments, and to everyone who made this beautiful day possible.

Dear Ones,

This Sunday we will dive into an exploration of the first of the six aspects of Love:

Self-love or Self-contact

If we perceive Self-Love as an integral ingredient to creating, receiving and sharing Love, how can we magnify this aspect in our lives?

🤎 What might we need to cultivate and nourish?

🤎 What might need pruning or letting go of?

🤎 Which parts of us might only need our loving presence?

🤎 What roles do our communities have in the realm of self-love?

We will consider and explore these questions through meditation, ritual, embodied practice, shared inquiry in micro groups, singing and sharing food.

Together we will practice holding ourselves in kindness and grace, for ourselves and for the good of all beings.

Let us see what emerges when we create a container of benevolence.

Your host will be Abigail ( @abigail.willoughby ) with music lead by Antonia ( @antougla ) and Jule ( @jule_ooo ) and other interbeings‘ support.

This service is inspired by „The six aspects of Love“ as developed by Dolores Richter.

We are devoted to the practice of evoking what rises in the in-between

Coming from different backgrounds — therapy, facilitation, music, and the arts — all of our practices revolve around the same threshold: the place where words are no longer enough.

We are drawn to poetic conversations about what it means to be human, and to the moments when the boundaries between self and other, life and death, the known and the unknown, become porous.

We meet those moments with music.

There are instances in this life where singing — one of the oldest gestures of care — is the only appropriate answer.

Not to fix.
Not to explain.

But to be present with what is,
and to cherish the moment, however long.
