🌸 SACREDLY SEEN 🌸 by @julesyparker

As coaches, counsellors, healers, guides, leaders we don’t simply offer sessions, circles, packages or containers.

We’re shaping nervous systems. Meaning-making. Inner authority. The way power is experienced around us.

And whether we realise it or not, people entrain to us. Which means our unexamined conditioning never stays private. It enters our spaces.

Our relationship with worthiness becomes a mirror (or a blackout) to our clients’ vulnerability. Our relationship with uncertainty decides whether the unknown feels welcome or feared in our presence. Our relationship with our inner critic, inner child + soul, can show our clients what’s possible for them too.

But so many of us as space holders carry the belief we shouldn’t even have needs here - or if we do they should be ALL sorted, ALL the time. That self-doubt or fear or questioning who we are somehow makes us inadequate or unfit to do our work.

And yet because we’re human - of course we don’t have it all sorted. None of us do.

The most powerful space holders I know are the ones brave enough to look at their deepest selves + be honest about their unmet needs so they can turn up present, grounded, trauma-informed, and far less tied to their clients’ outcomes in ways that drain them.

And when we embody this grounded way of being in service + leadership, the impact of our work naturally grows. We become more seen + known for the powerful work we do. From there, a longing for bigger, deeper visibility + thought leadership begins to rise - and we can hold it, joyfully, because we’ve done the work that makes that expansion inevitable.

This is brave + beautiful work.
And I now know my own sacred leadership path involves breaking the binary that says we shouldn’t need this + inspiring a movement of space holders who embrace it as an expression of our fullest humanity.

Because when we do, we don’t just serve our clients in richer, safer, more divine ways. We become the sacred leaders our industries are longing for.

🌸 SACREDLY SEEN 🌸 is coming soon.

A ceremonial space for exactly this work.

What comes up for you here as a space holder + leader? I’d love to know. by @julesyparker

My first bountiful harvest of roses for the spring season.

I share them as a reminder (to me mostly!) that this little creative space of social media is at least in part a documentary of my life, as much as it is about my business.

Who I am as a gardener, flower grower, lover of sunshine and soil and beauty, is as much a part of me as any University degree I have or sales sorcery I can weave.

Blessed Beltane and high spring.

This time makes me so happy with the knowing there are hundreds of my beloved roses still to bloom.

Just like - even at 54 - I know there are ideas and moments and memories - within me still to come too. by @julesyparker

Fully willing to admit that I stepped onto a long haul flight more than a week ago now to go to The Portal Retreat as a Co-Coach in Santa Fe, USA at @themysticsantafe - nervous.

I hadn’t travelled so far since my many spinal surgeries and I didn’t know how my body would hold up. I just knew however I needed to stretch myself and try in this new role for me in 2026 I’ve been loving so much.

Turns out I had nothing to be nervous about. I travelled beautifully and maintained a level of energy and positivity through the entire experience I’m so proud of.

There were so many highlights.

🌟 Finally meeting @rachaelmaddox in person + being up close to her wondrous gifts.

🎵 Having the absolute joy of introducing @aylanereo + @maryastark who performed a mesmerising private concert for us.

🕸️ A very special weaving ceremony lead by @fireinthebellyalchemy

🙏 The deep honour of meeting and coaching many beautiful souls bringing forth their gifts into the world in amazingly impactful ways

💓⚡️💓 And finally meeting in person and working alongside my fellow Co-Coach @thebeamlife

What can I even say about Kaitlin? It’s like we shared the same brain, heart, commitment and YES the entire time. And beyond. I have a darling new friend which I already in this lifetime feel so grateful for. Love you my mermaid! 🧜‍♀️ 🧜‍♀️🧜‍♀️

Thank you @rachaelmaddox for bringing us together and for the opportunity to serve you and your community. You’re changing the world in your own witchy way and I’m honoured to be a part of it. by @julesyparker

There are many things that go into the mix of what can make up a successful and thriving business for us all. There is no one way or formula.

Over decades now though I’ve been witness to some key things that are a part of what I see makes up those businesses that are thriving and serving of not just someone’s clients - but themselves - and our human collective too.

This is one of them. In fact - I’d go so far as to say it’s the big one.

☁️ Big dreams require big moves.
🪜 New levels require new identities.
🛟 Expansion requires yeses, no’s, help.
🌟 Inspirational outcomes require inspirational action.
🏆 Wins require willingness to do, be and create things we may never have before and cannot yet even see.
👓Long term success requires long term vision and getting up again and again and again.

And every move is worth it. Even if it doesn’t result in something instantly or quickly. It adds up over time. YOUR willingness to stretch and challenge yourself and do THE THINGS many others maybe not - add up over time.

This is not about hustle. Or going harder. Or making decisions and steps that ignore your capacity and nervous system.

It’s about honouring yourself as you are right now but taking ownership and self-responsibility that if you truly want something well beyond where you are at this point - that’s going to require something and in fact maybe many somethings - from you that are different and expansive.

I’d be lying to you if I said any different. It’s what’s been required of me. And what I see so many incredible business owners embody.

How you expand, stretch, strengthen and grow? The finding of your ‘willing’ edge and then some?

That’s the exciting part you get to explore and adventure with on your terms.

And so I’d love to know…

🔥🔥🔥 What are you willing? What are you willing to do? Shift? Become? Change? Move? 🔥🔥🔥

Tell me below. I’d love to cheer you on. by @julesyparker

The Soulful Business for Space Holders Immersion in Byron Bay blossomed from a dream @sammiesonjafleming had. When she shared it with me and asked to be in co-creation together my heart was all in. No surprise to me or anyone.

And I know it was all Sammie dreamed of. As it was for me too.

Divine sacred space holders with big dreams of their own travelled to be with us from all over the country. The coaching and conversations were filled with honesty and heartfelt longings. We did not shy away from the B I G topics call in us all in and up right now - systemic collapse, ethical marketing and messaging in our industries, thought leadership, indigenous values, cyclical wisdom. We WENT there and beyond.

Could we possibly dream another immersion into being?

Well…hold on and let’s see! 😜💓😜 by @julesyparker

I had a whole promotional post to share today with Sacred + Sovereign closing tomorrow.

This was more important to say.

It’s unscripted, unrehearsed and unplanned and therefore imperfect.

(Please don’t draw the claim that I’m saying Sydney Sweeney is trash. She is not. It’s the ad and it’s vile objectification of women that is the bin and rubbish worthy thing here.)

Sacred leadership does not exist without connectedness. And that includes connectedness to and awareness of suffering, oppression, marginalisation, genocide, destruction and more.

What we then do about that in the way we live our lives becomes a part of the legacy we leave.

Does it have a cost? Most likely yes.

And that’s part of the connectedness and not something to back down from.

It’s the sacred part. The most important part. by @julesyparker

These beautiful reflections are from the very first Sacredly Seen ceremony last month.

Just 90 minutes together in a space devoted to leadership, soul, space holding. Just an hour and a half.

What might be possible for you and I and our entire temple of incredible space holders in six months in Sacred + Sovereign?

Anything is possible. Anything.

🌟Your deepest level of self-confidence and self-belief unlocked.

🔥 Clarity (FINALLY!) on your soul, leadership, life and business path.

⚡️ Easeful expansion in your business that feels both lusciously foundational and freeing.

🌸 Greater connection to your sacred medicine as a space holder and groundedness in all you do and offer.

🔮 A rich and flowing connection to your inner world through a deepened spiritual practice and commitment to your whole self.

💘 Beloved new relationships with sacred peers creating heartfelt legacy together.

I’ve witnessed all of this and more
within Sacred + Sovereign. So much more.

What’s waiting for you on the other side of your sacred yes?

Let’s find out.

Temple doors close this week - Sept 16th 12pm AEST - for an extraordinary six month journey of sacred leadership.

My heart and our doors are open to you. by @julesyparker

If you hear a sacred leadership calling now - you will never not hear it.

It will never go away.

It means your soul is calling you to lead with more love, impact, depth + legacy.

It’s then just a matter of when.
Of when you will not just hear - but also say yes.

Yes to yourself.
Yes to your leadership.
Yes to your legacy.

And what you’re truly being called do to create with the precious gifts + life you have.

💓 If you know your yes is real…

💓 If you’re longing for a truly transformational experience that will support you as you deepen into your sacred leadership, space holding, business + service...

💓 If you’re craving a space where you can soften, be held + tend to your own inner world as deeply as you tend to others…

💓 If you know you’re ready for your next chapter of sacred, sovereign leadership - one grounded in depth, self-trust, authenticity + community…

Then Sacred + Sovereign is for you.

This powerful six-month immersion is designed for space holders - coaches, healers, guides, facilitators, who hold profound space for others + deserve to be held just as deeply themselves.

🔮 Intimate group calls.
🔮 Peer circles.
🔮 Seasonal ceremonies.
🔮 Heart seat coaching.
🔮 Online portal + community.
🔮 In person immersion.

The collective of sacred space holders already formed are incredible. Kind. Brilliant. Expansive. Giving.

Serious crowd sourcing question…

What hotline or dial a life coach service do I need to call about THIS?

Um and oops.
I’m seen.
I’m caught.
I’m cooked.

Apart from the now silver hair and possible taming of the classic blue eyeshadow - I LIVED this time and it would seem might still be.

💓💓💓 The pink, sparkle palooza with big jewels that was the 80’s lives on for me. 💓💓💓

And I maybe did not realise how much until this very moment.

Or should I be proud that I maybe just a touch (without prompting the funny CHATgpt) I have Dolly vibes going down?

All support, suggestions, help welcomed. 😆😜🤪

Please DM if it’s delicate but I need to know! 🙏💓🙏 by @julesyparker

Generating your own clients is not the only way to be a coach + have a sustainable, soulful + successful business.

(And yes of course - you can replace the title coach with any other you like meaning space holder or human being service provider!)

The coaches I know + love are multidimensional, multipassionate, multitalented + more.

They are multi MULTI! (Please imagine me saying that like MOOLTI MOOLTI with expressively raised hands!) 😆🤪😆

As more coaches who want to be here for the long term realise they need to scale - you better believe more will be looking to hire other amazing coaches in their expansion. It’s a core way of doing so.

I’ve both done it myself + recently taken on a Co-Coach role with the incredible @rachaelmaddox which I’m loving. Yes me. Even after two + a half decades of doing my own thing I saw an opportunity to contribute to another incredible business while doing what I most love to do - COACH + I couldn’t apply fast enough. I’m so grateful she said yes.

These roles are special. They carry lot of meaning, trust + weight + if you want in on them - you’ve got to be seen. They won’t just come to you.

The CORE way I’ve always known if someone might be right for me to hire began first with how they showed up in my spaces, courses, retreats, workshops - even inbox.

And I think you’d be hard pressed to find any other scaling hiring coach who’d say different as a starting point.

If the thought of working for a coach or service provider you admire lights you up - get in their world now. At bare minimum you better be a subscriber, follower, commentor, sharer. The real showing of you to someone comes so often first however when you PARTICIPATE in their offerings - where they get to see your magick.

(And yes. I was in Rachael’s world as a paying client first before I became a Co-Coach for her about to travel to the USA next month for her Portal Retreat.)

In the near future I’m going to be seeking at least one - maybe more - Co-Coaches for my Sacred + Sovereign Leadership Journey for Space Holders.

Excite you?

You know what to do.

Let me see you. 💗 by @julesyparker
