8 years ago today, a small room of just 20 people marked the beginning of something much bigger than we ever imagined the birth of Happiness Co live events.

Back then, it was just a dream. A dream to create a movement that would touch hearts, change lives, and give people something to stand behind with pride. It was a belief that no matter who we are or where we come from, we all deserve to live a life filled with purpose and joy.

You don’t become what you want, you become what you believe. And today, looking back on the thousands of live events and the countless lives we’ve impacted together, I am overwhelmed with gratitude. What we’ve built is more than a company, it’s a community and something that makes a real difference.

Thank you to every single person who has believed in this journey from the staff to the ambassadors, partners, sponsors, and most importantly, YOU. Your support, your love, and your belief in what we do have made all of this possible.

Here’s to years of making a difference 💙

What a night! 💜

On Saturday, our community came together for the 2026 Happiness Gala in support of mental health and wellbeing across WA.

Our heartfelt thanks to keynote speaker @jessyugovich from @thealiyahmaefoundation for sharing her story and Aliyah’s memory with us. Thank you to Danielle Ashwin for delivering the Acknowledgement of Country, and to Hamish Tedeschi, Julian Pace, Tia Milligan, Genevieve Vu, Slade Hoare, Annalise Peacock and Barry Hamilton for sharing the work and partnerships behind the Foundation’s impact.

Our wonderful hosts, @cassiesilver and @peteyperth, kept the celebrations flowing with warmth and humour. We loved welcoming Pete for his first year as co-host! Tim Gossage inspired some spirited bidding, while @littlebelleband and @djwildflower.kate kept the dancefloor moving all night.

A heartfelt thank you to our presenting partner, @mechanicalrock.io, and major sponsors @inside_bhp, @hellopav, @coliving_collective_au @optusstadium. Alongside our event sponsors, partners and prize donors, your support made this night possible.

To our volunteers and everyone behind the scenes, thank you for the care and effort that went into every detail.

Sometimes the people who look like they’re holding it all together are the ones fighting the hardest battles behind the scenes. ❤️

Just because someone is smiling doesn’t mean they’re okay.
And just because someone is strong doesn’t mean they’re not struggling.

Be kind. Check in. Listen without judgement.
Sometimes the strongest thing a person can do is admit they’re not okay.

What an incredible three months! 🙌❤️

From travelling all across Australia to a few international stages, it’s been a massive few months of doing what I love most, connecting with people, sharing stories and hopefully making a positive difference along the way.

But this post is really about saying THANK YOU.

To every organisation, leader and team who has backed us, trusted us and invited us into your workplaces and communities…..thank you.

Thank you for genuinely caring about your people. For recognising that investing in happiness, mental health and wellbeing isn’t just good for business, it’s about making people’s lives better.

To our incredible Happiness Co team, who continue to bring our vision to life every single day I’m so grateful for you.

Nine years into this journey and I still get just as excited about the opportunity to make a difference as I did on day one.

I’ve loved every minute of this journey with you all.

Some people go through life and allow their pain to define them. Others find a way to turn that pain into purpose. ❤️

I’ve believe that our greatest struggles can become our greatest strengths. Not because life gets easier. Not because the pain disappears. But because we learn, we grow, and we find meaning in the moments that once felt impossible to overcome.

Your past doesn’t have to define your future.

Your scars can become wisdom.
Your struggles can become strength.
And your setbacks can become the beginning of your greatest comeback.

Confidence isn’t about having all the answers.

It’s about having the courage to keep moving forward when you don’t.

As an entrepreneur, there have been countless moments of uncertainty, self-doubt, setbacks and decisions where I genuinely didn’t know what the right answer was.

But I’ve learned something along the way.
You don’t need to have it all figured out to take the next step. You just need to believe in yourself enough to take it.

Confidence isn’t something you wait for. It’s something you build through action, experience, failure and backing yourself when things get uncomfortable.

To every business owner, leader or dreamer navigating uncertainty right now…

There’s something pretty special about watching someone you care about find their spark again. ❤️

Especially when you know what they’ve been through, the battles they’ve faced and how hard they’ve worked to get there.

True friendship isn’t just about showing up in the hard times. It’s about celebrating the good times just as loudly.

Be the friend who checks in, lifts others up and genuinely celebrates their happiness.

Hard truth that took me years to accept…

Not every day is a building day.
Some days are maintenance days.
Some are demolition days.
Some are rest days.
Trying to build on a rest day just produces bad foundations.
