Still smiling about Saturday ⋆⁺₊✧

A few highlights from the 2026 Happiness Gala, capturing the conversations, laughter and dancefloor moments that made it such a special night.

Thank you for filling the room with warmth and generosity, and for helping us create more opportunities for people to connect, find support and feel they belong. We loved sharing it with you.

We have plenty more moments to share, plus our final fundraising total to announce soon. Stay tuned, and tag the familiar faces you spot 👀📸

What a night! 💜

On Saturday, our community came together for the 2026 Happiness Gala in support of mental health and wellbeing across WA.

Our heartfelt thanks to keynote speaker @jessyugovich from @thealiyahmaefoundation for sharing her story and Aliyah’s memory with us. Thank you to Danielle Ashwin for delivering the Acknowledgement of Country, and to Hamish Tedeschi, Julian Pace, Tia Milligan, Genevieve Vu, Slade Hoare, Annalise Peacock and Barry Hamilton for sharing the work and partnerships behind the Foundation’s impact.

Our wonderful hosts, @cassiesilver and @peteyperth, kept the celebrations flowing with warmth and humour. We loved welcoming Pete for his first year as co-host! Tim Gossage inspired some spirited bidding, while @littlebelleband and @djwildflower.kate kept the dancefloor moving all night.

A heartfelt thank you to our presenting partner, @mechanicalrock.io, and major sponsors @inside_bhp, @hellopav, @coliving_collective_au @optusstadium. Alongside our event sponsors, partners and prize donors, your support made this night possible.

To our volunteers and everyone behind the scenes, thank you for the care and effort that went into every detail.

And to everyone who bought a ticket, placed a bid, entered a raffle, picked up a scratchie or made a donation, thank you for getting involved. Your generosity helps us continue delivering mental health and wellbeing programs to communities across WA.

Until next year! ✨👋🏽

What a night at the @happinessgala

A room full of people who turn up for each other, all backing one mission: better mental health for more people.

Every conversation counts. Ask someone how they're really going, then listen. It might be the most important thing you do this week.

A huge thank you to @julian_pace_ @happinessco_foundation and the whole Foundation crew for a great night.

Grateful for the awesome people I bumped into and the special people I got to share with. Table 45!

Think about the last time you had a question at work but hesitated to ask it. Or noticed someone struggling and weren’t sure whether it was your place to check in...

Psychological safety is built in the everyday response: how a leader handles a concern, how a team makes room for different ideas, and whether someone feels they can ask for support without being judged.

At Happiness Co, we work with organisations to make those conversations easier. Through practical workshops and programs, we help teams communicate more openly, support one another and build stronger connections at work.

Swipe through to see what that can look like for your team! 💙

The Debrief - Podcast 10 Julian Pace

Blake and the team sit down to discuss the conversation with Jules. The team discusses the concept of Alchemy, turning challenges in your life into something profoundly positive, choosing your hard, and, in Julian's words, focusing your life on becoming an A-grade person. Link in Bio

Giving back to a place that gave us so much... Following the devastating floods impacting communities across the country, the Happiness Co Foundation is proud to donate $5,000 to Nepal flood relief efforts.

Earlier this year, our Trek to Move Mental Mountains crew experienced the incredible warmth, generosity and hospitality of the people of Nepal.

Our trek was about moving mental mountains but it was also about connection, community and leaving an impact beyond the mountains we climbed.

To everyone who trekked, donated, fundraised, sponsored and supported the journey -this is your impact too 💙

From WA to Nepal, we’re proud to give back to a community that welcomed us with open arms🏔️🇳🇵
