2.5 years on Les mis

From rehearsal to leading the Anne work shop to debuting a month later. Vacation swinging while my mom was going through chemo and going back and forth between Vegas and wherever the tour was.

Les mis came into my life when I least expected it. My mom was in the middle of chemo and I had left New York to take care of her when I got the call. Vacation swinging for a year while my mom was still battling cancer made for quite an eventful year. But the opportunity to conquer this new challenge was one I’ll always be grateful for.

Getting to tour full time together for a whole year after being promoted to understudying Fantine. Many milestones later, Jake leaving and then starting an amazing chapter of his own, getting engaged, and my mom being in remission, I’m filled with pride at the conclusion of this journey.

Tour makes you think about all the life that you are missing back home but it also shows you that so many wonderful things can happen while you schlep yourself from city to city.

So grateful for this job. So grateful for these people. Specifically my new family @dannyemartin_ and @caitlynminuto who I don’t know where I would be without.

Bye bye Paris. ✌🏻🇫🇷🥖 by @julietteredden

So much love so much Les mis.

From December 2023 and me joining the company as a vacation swing to September 2025 after 6 months of being full time on tour together. This experience has been such a gift. To share the stage with the love of your life is something that will never ever get old. I can’t believe we got to be poor sad and French together for almost 2 years.

I love living life by your side. I hope I get to for the rest of my life.
