Scars are proof that you suffered, but they’re also proof that you survived.

I won’t lie and say this journey has been easy. Learning to love my appearance again has been one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. Some days are still really emotional, and there are moments where I wish things looked different. But through it all, I’m constantly reminded of how good God is.

I’ve had to take a step back and thank God for what I still have, because things truly could have been worse. I also had to realize that I had started being really harsh with myself comparing myself, speaking very negatively about myself, and focusing only on what I thought was “wrong.” That’s something I’m working on to change.

Im so proud of myself though because I’ve been taking small steps! Showing up without makeup, taking pictures without filters, I even recorded a video with no filter and just slowly rebuilding my confidence again. It’s not easy, but I’m embracing the process.

If you have scars physical or emotional just know that you are still worthy and still beautiful. Healing is a hard journey, and many people won’t understand it unless they’ve walked it themselves. by @justjustice

This Christmas is a miracle and I am beyond grateful ✨

One year ago today, God’s hand saved our lives. The days and months that followed were very very hard, days I didn’t think I could make it, days I wanted to give up and hide. But GOD.

His healing power, His restoration power, carried us through every impossible moment.

This season, we aren’t just celebrating His birth; we’re celebrating His presence that carried us through the storm and into this calm. To anyone in the struggle, the pain, the wanting to hide, wanting to give up, hold on, and keep fighting. You are never alone. With Him, you will make it to the other side.

Look what the Lord has done! This smile is restored. These are more than just beautiful Christmas pictures these pictures are our testimony of a second chance written by God Himself. So grateful to be here!

We are really good with creating memories but let’s take the next step and make the memories tangible for our loved ones, so that they can always have something to always hold on to!

Scrapbooking is just one thing you can do to have everyone participate and reminisce on different memories and experiences you’ve shared together!

He’s always working ahead of us, strengthening us for battles we can’t yet see.

Before my accident, I wasn’t just building my body I was building discipline, faith, and resilience. My consistency in the gym (4x a week for months!) wasn’t just about fitness, it was divine training ground. And when the crash came, the doctors confirmed it, my physical strength and endurance played a huge role in my recovery. Shout out to my trainer @miamibucks who’s been training me for a few years and always motivates me even when I complain. Thank you for always pushing me.

God prepares us in ways we don’t always understand, for trials we don’t always see coming.

This weekend in Greenville, NC, was nothing short of transformative. I had the honor of attending the Journey of Faith Women’s Conference, where 87 incredible women each from different walks of life, each carrying their own battles and experiences came together in unity and strength. We prayed with and for each other, we cried and hugged each other, we laughed and healed a little bit with each other. It was such a beautiful day.

I was given the opportunity to share a piece of my own journey, and it was not easy to go up there and show my face, but I’m so happy I was obedient because I was reminded of why our stories matter. Someone out there needs to hear your story. Someone needs to know they’re not alone.

This was only the first of many conferences for me because when women rise together, miracles happen.

Don’t let your fear hold you back from doing what God said! It’s not easy but just do it! Do it scared

Let me start by saying God is the greatest! It was only God who covered me and my baby on this day. I am forever grateful for his goodness and his mercy. For those reading this, Thank God that you’re still here! In spite of all that you’ve gone through, all that you have suffered, all the pain, all the sleepless nights, all the tears, sweat and blood YOU ARE STILL HERE! Take a moment and just give him the praise for that!!!!

January 2024 I made the decision to no longer be a “lukewarm” Christian doing things my way and trying to do things Gods way too. I made the decision to go all in with surrendering myself to God and I made my public declaration in July of 2024. Meaning all of my old ways had to die so that I could live my life fully to please God. And let me tell you, the devil didn’t like that!!!

As we all know, life can be hard sometimes but especially when you decide to follow Christ! The devil will put a target on your back to TRY and take you out, he will come and TRY to steal, kill, and destroy! LITERALLY!!! He will TRY to distract you, discourage you, make you weak, all types of tricks but it’s your faith in God and your trust that God will bring you through. It’s not easy, trust me it’s not but, this is me encouraging anyone going through a hard time! Keep going, you are not alone, you will push through, you will make it to the other side. Stay faithful and stay committed!
