Book end your day with me tomorrow!

When we led the Beyonding Community from 2020 to 2025, we hosted a Monday Morning Meditation on Monday mornings. I feel compelled to lead one tomorrow morning and I would love for you to join me tomorrow at 8:30 am ET. And the timing feels urgent...
It’s the first Monday of a new month. The day before a consequential election. And many of us are going through a lot. If you want to set the tone for your week and elevate the energy in community, join me tomorrow, Monday, November 1st at 8:30 am ET for no more than 30 minutes. Join through the link in my bio and you will be able to receive the recording afterward.

Then join @capribrand and I LIVE at 7:30 pm ET for our season finale of the @thisisbeyonding podcast on YouTube. We have some special guests and you won’t want to miss it! by @kaileicarr

Dearest Jovian -
Thank you YOU for birthing this gift into this world. Thank you for loving us so deeply to give us the guide to take care of ourselves with care and gentle hands. Thank you for accepting God’s call and for being a vessel for this to come through you. YOU are a soft landing. I love you.💕

And for everyone else: Get your copy of Soft Landings for Hard Days by @jovianzayne for you, your mom, your aunties, your daughters, your sisterfriends, and your nieces now just in time for the holidays (one less gift to think about!). This is one all of us should keep on our nightstands. 🩵 by @kaileicarr

What would it look like to meet yourself with the same tenderness you so freely offer others?

Between work, family, community, and the many responsibilities we carry, it can be easy to put ourselves last. We question whether we’re doing enough, rather than questioning the weight we’ve been asked to carry.

But what if we offered ourselves a different kind of compassion?

In the latest episode of Beyonding Podcast, Kailei Carr and Myra Capri are joined by Jovian Zayne, executive coach, CEO and author of Soft Landings for Hard Days, for a conversation about self-love, competing commitments, and learning to honor the season of life we’re in.

Together, they explore what it means to disrupt the conditioning that keeps us disconnected from our needs, find joy in the messiness of life, and give ourselves permission to choose ourselves, too.

Because you can be committed to your purpose, show up for the people you love, and still make room for your own well-being.

Every vote matters!!! Let’s go! by @kaileicarr

I’ve been thinking a lot about what this season of my life is asking of me.

And the word that keeps coming up is elevation.

Not just in one area of my life, but across the board.

How I lead.

How I create.

How I care for myself.

How I show up in relationships.

How intentional I am with my time, my energy, and the spaces I choose to be in.

There’s something different about being deliberate about the frequency you operate from. And elevation requires that kind of awareness.

Maybe you’re in a season of elevation, too.

Could this be an invitation not to do more, but to become more deliberate about HOW you’re being as you move toward what’s next? by @kaileicarr

Here’s the 4th and final part of what I noticed about living in the U.S. after 10 days in Europe (feel free to watch parts 1-3 in my feed). And it’s all about movement. I have been really intentional about getting my step count up over the past few years, but let me tell you, the walking I did in Europe had me feel like I was really doing something! And those hills in Portugal are NO JOKE. But my body thanked me for it (well, except for my lower back, which still needs a massage appointment to recover).

Have you spent time outside of the U.S. and experienced something similar? Let me know! by @kaileicarr

One of the things I appreciate most in my role at @asburygroup is opening up opportunities for our team members to do the work they love and feel called to do. Everyone on our team is in their second or third act and doing the work not only because they are trained in it, but because they also are passionate about the work and feel called to make a significant impact on others. It is truly a privilege.💫 by @kaileicarr

Part 3 of What I learned about living in the US after 10 days in Europe — this one is the #Perimenopause Edition (if you missed parts 1 & 2, check out my feed!). I don’t know the science behind this and, to be fair, since I’ve been back home I haven’t had any night sweats, but leading up to going to Europe, I had about a week when I had them nightly. Did something about being in Portugal cause me to not have night sweats? Did my body get recalibrated such that I am now I don’t have them? Time will tell, but I am paying attention! by @kaileicarr

Leadership is the commitment to bring out the best in others.

Across the different spaces I’ve had the opportunity to build, lead, and be part of, I keep coming back to the same question: What becomes possible when people feel seen, trusted, challenged, and supported enough to become more of who they are?

That question has shaped so much of my work.

It shows up in how I support leaders through transition. In the spaces we create for women to reconnect with themselves and one another. In the conversations we have about what it means to lead with greater consciousness, courage, and care.

I've learned that bringing out the best in someone is about creating the conditions where they can hear themselves more clearly. Where they can recognize their own capacity and learn to trust what they already know.

That, to me, is the commitment.

Not to make people become someone else, but to help create the space for them to become themselves more fully.

Here’s part 2 of what I’ve noticed about living in the U.S. after my 10 day trip to the Netherlands and Portugal. And this is one of the most significant: THE FOOD! I have eaten less while being back home and I can tell my gut feels the difference. And though I feel like I’m eating more produce at home, I can actually feel my body trying to process what I’m eating which was not the case in Europe.

In order to overcome our lacking food regulations and poor food quality, we really need to overcorrect on eating consciously. by @kaileicarr

May the beauty of Mother Nature never cease to amaze me… by @kaileicarr

I just came back from a 10-day trip to the Netherlands and Portugal with my family. Now that I'm back home in the U.S., I am noticing the impact of just being here, in this environment, has on the nervous system. So I wanted to share a few things I've noticed, and what we can do to be well in this environment. Here's part 1 (and my phone started buzzing but I was in the groove, so I kept it going! ) by @kaileicarr
