WOW WOW WOW! I still can’t wrap my head around that I got to be rehearsal director for Martha Graham’s Panorama! I am truly so thankful for the Martha Graham Dance Company, the UI Dance Department, and Hancher for giving over 30 students the opportunity to perform this work alongside the MGDC at Hancher. I’m also so thankful to work alongside Graham 2 director Virginie Mercene in preparation for the performance this past Friday. I’m so so so proud of this cast for all of the laughs and hard work they put into every rehearsal since January. Love y’all <3 taken in Hancher Auditorium by @katelyn_renae_

Got to premiere a pretty cool piece this past weekend with the amazing Cearra Crosser. “Hum in the Night” was created and inspired by the intertwining body and mind imagery in Reetta Pekkanen’s poetry. 📸: @jaruam taken in University of Iowa by @katelyn_renae_
