6 months with Willa Billa! This was a month of first trips - DC, Palm Beach, Vermont, first airplane ride, AND first bites of food! After the birth of her first son, Katelyn recognized the need for workouts that truly support a mother’s changing body. What began as a personal experience has grown into a low-impact, intentional approach to movement for pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.
