Happy Mother’s Day 🪷🪩✨🥳🧘‍♀️

Thanks to the incredible support of my mother, and all of the other mothers around me (!!) I have been able to love and support my children and family. This is a reminder to always ask for help and continue to dig to uncover how you can live your very best life.

This month, we’re spotlighting Mysha mom, Katelyn Prominski Baud (@katelynbaud), founder of MOMBAUD (@themombaud) — a movement practice shaped by her own journey into motherhood.

After the birth of her first son, Katelyn recognized the need for workouts that truly support a mother’s changing body. What began as a personal experience has grown into a low-impact, intentional approach to movement for pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond.

Now a mom of three, she continues to build MOMBAUD with care, strength, and sustainability at the core.

So incredibly honored to have performed for my favorite REGOT winner- Alan Menken 💖

This was such a wonderful way to finish my time at NYU. Thank you Ted Sperling for your wonderful musicianship and leadership- I have loved singing with the Broadway Orchestra so much.

Thank you Taty for inviting me to singing on your wonderful composition - everyone go listen to Earth’s Second Moon!

Thank you Devon, Benji and Katelyn for your hard work getting this project up and running!

And thank you Alan Menken- I will always love singing your wonderful work.

When I was a kid, Aladdin was the first Disney movie that my dad showed me, because there was someone - a prince - that looked like us on screen. Being able to call him and tell him that I would have the chance to perform this piece for Alan Menken was a lovely full-circle moment, and this tribute to such a giant of music was a dream come true.

Additionally, being able to serve as the Music Assistant for this production let me be on both sides of the table at the same time. I loved every moment - and when I'm asked what my dream future in music is, I no longer have to come up with hypotheticals. It's this one.

Also, I love donuts.

“Take a gulp and take a breath” indeed🥹

It was the absolute honor of my life living out my Ursula dreams and singing “Poor Unfortunate Souls” for Alan Menken alongside Ted Sperling and the NYU Broadway Orchestra on Monday night. Plus, I got to do it with some of my best friends. I am the luckiest sea witch in the world.🐙👑🌊

Thank you @alanmenken @tedsperling @devmeddock @benjiamino @katelynbaud @nyusteinhardtmpap for everything and then some. ❤️

Part of Your World from The Little Mermaid 🧜🏼‍♀️🫧🐠

Last night was an absolute dream come true. Getting to sing this in front of hundreds of people including Alan Menken was unbelievable.

Alan Menken wrote the soundtrack to my childhood, this song in particular holds an immense place in my heart and I am beyond honored to have been chosen to perform it last night with the NYU Broadway Orchestra directed by Ted Sperling.

A special shout out to @devmeddock @benjiamino and @katelynbaud for allowing me to be a 5 year old little girl again and live out a childhood dream that I have had.

Still over the moon and more to come soon but for now, enjoy 🧜🏼‍♀️🐠🤍🫧
