When European summer comes to an end, we prepare for winters in Asia.

Moments from our favorite stay in Bali, Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Ubud.

The property transports you to a secluded jungle paradise, with a river running through the grounds, an infinity pool that drops off into rice fields, and dinners in a private bamboo nest hanging over the water.

Ritz-Carlton only has a handful of Reserves in the world and this is the one worth the flight.

Slept in a wine barrel in the vineyards of the UNESCO World Heritage Douro Valley in Portugal. Now we’re bringing you here.

Cannot wait to come back to Quinta da Pacheca to host our Wine & Spirits Education Trust (WSET) Level 2 retreat this (Jun 30-Jul 4).

4 nights at a 5-star Michelin Key vineyard resort in the Douro Valley, with the official WSET course and exam taught by the Wine Ambassador of Portugal woven into the itinerary.
