After months and months of being off the reformer, I’m baaaack ❤️‍🔥

Revival Pilates officially soft opens this Friday, May 2nd! You can can find me teaching our Classical Pilates class, Align, 3 times a week 💕

I’m also back to my regular BSY schedule with just one change 🫣 Join me tomorrow, May 1st, for my last 7pm Flow at White Oak. After 5 years of teaching this class I’m happy to pass it off to the incomparable @charla.yoga

Experience full yoga immersion with Black Swan Yoga inside the breathtaking exhibit Layers by SETUP at Art Club! This is the third of a three-class series, offering a unique blend of movement and art.
‍
S E T U P’s work with layers plays with our innate ability to construct depth from fragments, intuiting true three-dimensional movement in a manner similar to how one would perceive a true hologram. In the darkness, the human mind combines the individual slices of Layers into a comprehensive whole, blurring the boundary between perception and imagination.

Tickets to this event also grant you full access to all of Art Club’s Museum Exhibits.
