POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Thank you @michelinguide for awarding our pop-up with a Bib Gourmand in this year’s guide. We dedicate this to our mom, the best cook we know and the inspiration behind this journey, and to all the Vietnamese restaurants in Houston’s Midtown & Little Saigon that paved the way for us.

Hai anh em nay xin cảm ơn.

From Vietnamese refugees to the cover of Texas’ official travel magazine.

Our journey is a testament to the power of food to not only preserve culture and community, but also forge our identity as Texans and Vietnamese Americans.

Thank you @chris_hughestx and the @texashighways team for helping amplify our story. It is an honor to be a part of a publication that’s been around since 1974 - a year before the end of the war and our family touched down in the state.

Much love and gratitude to @danielaloeraphoto for capturing these stunning shots; you and Mike are the absolute best.

We dedicate this to our parents and family. They arrived in Texas with little and sacrificed a lot in order for us to have a better future and be able to pursue our dreams. Con cảm ơn bố mẹ và mọi người.

Pinch us! A feature on @thedrewbarrymoreshow wasn’t on our bingo card in 2026—we are beyond ecstatic and grateful.

We believe food is love, love brings us all together, and that bánh xèo is life.

Thank you @drewbarrymore @chefpilarvaldes and team for helping us share our story, food, and Viet-Tex culture.

We dedicate this to our mom, Tiffany, who inspires us every day from a culinary, but most importantly, human perspective.

To everyone that has waited in line for our food, booked us for caterings, lent us a helping hand—thank you. Your support is the foundation of what we do.

Enjoy the clips from the show that orignally aired on Monday 4/20/2026. The link to the full show is in our bio.
