I’m now an @evolveyou affiliate 🫶🏼🩵✨

Didn’t expect to be posting this but here we are… 🤪

I’m not someone who just likes to wing it in the gym, I like structure, I like a plan, & I like to know I’m actually doing things properly 🫡

As of recently, @evolveyou has been ticking that box for meeee! There are fab workouts, clear structure & abso no flufffff ☁️

It is very much just me training and getting on with it. (We all know how I love a 2hr plus gym sesh, ifykyk 👹)

If you want to give it a go, I’ve got 40% off with my code: KATIE_D

I’d be using it anyway, this just makes it more official 👀

Wearing @oneractive as always in SoftMotion Ruby Red ♥️

May 2025, I’d just finished a fat loss phase and felt incredible. @gurzinag asked me what was next on my list of goals to tick off. She suggested going into my 30th year as the strongest version of me I.e. building, cutting, and finishing with a shoot. ✨

Fast forward to now, and I’m genuinely so proud of the woman I’ve become. 🥹

One thing I’ve learnt about myself on this journey is that when I say I’m going to do something, I don’t just do it, I EXECUTE. 🤭

@gurzinag, you created a monster (in the best way). 🤭😏

I’m so incredibly happy with the woman I see when I look in the mirror. This process has reignited my love for fitness and reminded me what I’m capable of when I fully commit!!!

30 is already turning out to be my most powerful year yet 💥

Giiiiirls, if you’re looking for a quick & easy workout that’s going to make your entire body burn, then you need to try @yayatshuma’s full body attack 🔥 on the @evolveyou app. Who said less equipment meant less intensity?! Can confirm the glutes & delts were pumped after this one 🥵🤪
