Lil past few weeks dump…feeling so happy 🥰🫶🏼✨🥺

Let me paint the scene …

July 2024, Katie already knew what she wanted,

To lose weight, feel confident and finally “stick to it”,

She’d been trying for months… and nothing clicked.

When she enquired, I didn’t change her calories first, I changed her perspective 👀

I didn’t ask, “What do you want?”
I asked, “WHO do you need to become?”

That one shift changed everything! 💅🏽

From that moment, she stopped chasing discipline and started embodying the woman who naturally lives the habits.

We’ve gone through fat loss, maintenance, building and have lost over 20kg, for life because this was an identity shift

She has her energy back, self-respect back, and even joy back.

Katie was the first client I coached identity-first in fitness, and the results speak for themselves.

This was my final fitness photoshoot as a fitness coach… and wow, that’s emotional in ways I’ll share another day 🥹

For now, I’m just proud,
Proud to watch a woman become herself and own her results!!

Here’s the lesson I want you to take ⬇️
If you only focus on what you want, you rely on willpower
If you focus on who you are becoming, you become a match for it

This is why I’ll never coach behaviour without identity.
Not in fitness, not in business, not in life ⚡️🧠🔥

My jaw dropped at the end 🥹

From fitness as a fat-loss chore ➡️ to a form of self-respect
From “I have to” ➡️ “I get to”
From proving her worth ➡️ to knowing she deserves this

Katie has fully stepped into the woman she always wanted to be ✨

The one who doesn’t chase recognition, and who no longer needs external validation to show up for herself.

And this is exactly why I coach 1:1, so my clients feel seen, supported, and safe to do the work beneath the surface!

Dropping 3 stone is an INCREDIBLE achievement!

But by doing the internal work, she now gets to keep this body fat off FOR LIFE 🔥

And that’s where achievement turns into TRANSFORMATION.

Me & Katie had a full 15 minute chat about Katie’s process (yes, more clips coming 👀), but I had to start with the mindset piece first, because this is the foundation.

In my opinion, mindset is 70–80% of the journey 🧠

Once we nail who you need to become, the rest falls into place.
