It actually was the friends we made along the way.

It was all for the people I love by the way, every bit of it by @kylercones

PA Age Division Nationals ‘26

9/9 (+44 kg meet PR)

Couldn’t ask for more than the love and care I’ve been given since joining this sport. Still a long road to go but if these are the people in my corner, I know I’ll get there easy.

So many people to thank. My GOAT and coach @evanhawk_ for having taken me from nothing to this and for how far I know he’s going to get me. @austinwilsonlifts and @angelocarpino_ for the perfect handling and support for what turned out to be a perfect day. All of my teammates on both Team Hawk and Aggie Powerlifting for pushing me to be better every single day (I’m so proud of all of you by the way). My family and friends for having been there for me every step of the way (even the really ugly steps). Thanks will never be enough for what I’ve gained from this.

This may be my last age divisions til Masters, but I’ll see y’all soon. by @kylercones

$Took blood and guts to get here, but I would do it again a million times over. A year later, a third of my body gone and my first competition in the books. Just more of what I’ve always been and I’m only just now getting started. To those who have been around since the beginning, I love y’all dearly. Told myself I would sweat for it, cry for it and bleed for it. Can finally say I did it. Special thanks to @evanhawk_ and the gang for having gotten me this far, wouldn’t have made a fraction of the progress without you in the less than six months we’ve worked together. Extra special thanks to @luke_w31 for driving me over six and a half hours so I could do this. by @kylercones$
