This video is an example of how loud the heart can sing when you are enjoying what you do and also a reminder that I have to keep trusting and not letting comparison, worry or even the thoughts of others interfere with my soul's mission which is to breathe, love, tell stories and help each other. 🫶

Until we meet again.
I chose to share one last time before I close this channel for the time I consider necessary.
I asked myself —Why do I need to share it? Well, some part of me wanted to share all things I love and special people in my life and I hope perhaps that inspire others to keep believing in the things that matters to you, to nourish friends and strangers and perhaps even to do things differently or to keep working on what’s ALREADY working for you, to choose curiosity, to travel even when we are not sure where are we going, to keep listening to your own wise guru within, and share you precious light with others. 🤍

We are living unprecedented times. Life is moving quickly these days. Stay true to Self. This is a LOVE REVOLUTION.

Share your story with your neighbors and listen to theirs.
Find time to sit. To play with the children. To show up over and over again to the same studios, gyms, churches or temples. To support your community. To give an extra hand and to put boundaries as well.
I learned so much from teaching from every encounter, country and culture. I am eager to go back into the student role now, the disciple, the artist that creates just for the sake of creating.
No agendas. No pushing or pulling. Just observing from the roof, from a cave, from the inside of a car, in a circle, while your mom is cooking, from the trees, from a sister and an elder. We all hold so much wisdom inside.
Stay true what feels Sacred to YOU. 🤍

Happy Full Moon and Happy Year around the Sun.

For those who know me… you know I’ve traveled a bit. Today, my intention is to give thanks for the journey — truly, it has been 33 incredible rides around the sun. And I plan to keep trusting that life will let me see more of this world, so I can continue meeting others exactly where they are… which is what I love most. Weaving stories as I keep writing my own. ✍️ 📖

I am deeply grateful for every chance I’ve had to connect with souls and cultures across this gorgeous Earth, and for the opportunity to honor and treasure every encounter and relationship along the way. 🫂🪞

I am who I am thanks to the ancestors who came before me and carried me forward, and to all the humans and creatures — like dear Cuquet 🐶 — who held me through my lows and highs. Today, I am wishing for all of my relationships to feel loved and at peace. That is my truest desire. 🙏

Les paraules es queden tan curtes en moments com aquest i nomes tu saps l'amor que ens vam tenir i ens tindrem per sempre. Gràcies per ser la meva llum i guia en els moments de foscor. Per sempre esperar-me amb la cua amunt i avall quan tornava de viatges llargs per selves i deserts.
Gràcies per haver sigut la meva confident i haver jugat amb tots els nens que et vaig presentar.
Tots hem estimat la teva dolçor i caràcter tots aquest anys de tant amor i companyia. Ens has fet millor persones i conscients una mica més de viure la vida amb alegria com ho has fet tu fins l'últim moment. Gràcies per esperar-me a veure'm i anar a la platja juntes un sunset més; i sobre tot per esperar a conéixer l'Emmett i viure amb ells uns mesos molt macos mentre jo trobava el meu nou lloc al món i ara sense tu físicament. Dulce otoño...
Hay épocas de todo y en el vaivén de la vida y el surcar de los mares hay instantes los que dices ¡wow! Qué dicha la vida, ni en mis mejores sueños.
El cambio de estación, el noseque en el cuerpo que dice que por ahí sí... confía..la magia de ir creando de a poquito y sobre todo confiando porqué todo está aquí ya.
Abrazando el cambio y mutando con las hojas.
El amor llega como un viento huracanado y te mueve el piso para recordarte que mereces todo.

And just like that... I embark on a new journey, listening to my heart and embracing the unknown in a city that shape the personita I am becoming.
From being a journalist in the big apple almost a decade ago to... starting anew in something that feels resonates with me and the gifts I am meant to share with the world! #inspiringthenextgeneration 🌈
Today I a meeting with this land where am at, reconnecting with old friends an staying true to my heart.
