“Come with me. We’ve done it, we’re okay now.” 💚

I love how in interviews for this film, @cynthiaerivo has talked about her younger self, and (as Elphaba) bringing her younger self with her. I mean, if you saw the movie, you also know that there was a very literal version of that depicted as well. It was an extremely powerful moment, and I just wanted to do a little something to honor that, the connection between the younger and older self. I have been trying to access and heal that younger self, and it is one of the many things that really left me fighting to stifle my sobs while watching this movie.

Brad Dourif left his house and so did I!

It was so lovely to *finally* meet Annabeth in person after all these years, and catch up on all things Tori and Imogen! Can’t wait to see you at the Tori show next month! 😍🎹🎶💜✨

Robert being at the convention as well as Annabeth was such a nice surprise. Made my X-Files loving heart happy! Also, he played some new unreleased songs by the band A Place To Kill, and highly recommended them.

Mother and son matching 💁🏾‍♀️

Loved that Alex Vincent made it out to this show as well! What a great guy!

I am a simple woman, I see a Glen doll, I take a picture. Did not realize this was Guy Tang with his Glen doll until my friends were telling me after the fact. Sorry Guy! You looked fantastic btw!

There is always time for Second Breakfast!

The way I had to do a double take because I legit thought that Sean Cassidy was his father, Ted. What a genuinely cool dude!

All-time favorite. Wasn’t expecting to get emotional over the updated song lyrics for the park’s 70th anniversary.

“Mother Earth unites us in heart and mind
And the love we give makes us humankind
Through our vast wondrous land
When we stand hand-in-hand
It’s a small world after all.”

I really do wish things were really that simple that everyone could that message to heart, giving love and genuinely caring more about each other.

Everyone must visit this museum. It is heavy, but so very important. I am still trying to process everything we saw there, over two weeks later. It makes you question things at present, paralleled with the past, and how people can just sit by and let evil, unfathomable cruelty, suffering, and loss of life happen, and just look the other way. You do start to feel a sense of despair. I was grateful to see some uplifting things on the upper levels of the museum, in the film/TV/theatre and music sections. Another highlight was seeing Howard University graduates going around the museum in their regalia, though, as it was graduation weekend and there was an exhibit in the museum on HBCUs. It was still a completely draining experience overall, and I still don’t have the words. taken in Smithsonian's National Museum of African American History and Culture by @laurelalyson

Spent a morning/afternoon in Valencia during my trip to Europe a few weeks ago. It was so nice to be back again 🍊

What wasn’t nice was the airport security in Madrid, who wouldn’t hand check my film and sent it through the x-ray (even though I said it couldn’t go through) and 3/4 of my pictures came out with weird discolored lines through it 🙃
