Happy World Meditation Day :)

Meditation is the one thing that has definitively and categorically changed my life. The quality of my attention, the relationships I share with others, the relationship I have with my Self, the way I perceive and understand both my immediate surroundings and the world in which I live, my approach to food and cooking, how I expect others to treat me … everything.

When you meditate often enough, you remove so many layers of yourself that what you are left sitting with is the undeniable truth of our existence: love. And I feel so much love!!! Every single day. And I am so thankful for getting to that place by way of meditating.

I am also thankful to my teacher @jonnipollard , to his teachers, and to his teacher’s teachers. May this lineage continue to grow and evolve for years to come as we pass this knowledge down the line.

I am thankful for @1giantmind and all it has given me, allowing me to witness and support our students as they evolve into meditation teachers and beyond. We have taught over 1 million people to mediate using a simple and effective technique that is freely available to all via our app.

I am also thankful to @michelle__cassidy who was my first teacher of Eastern philosophy. She taught me the foundations of yoga and to me still feels like the golden bridge between my “old life” and the way I choose to live now.

I am thankful to every single person I have met, am yet to meet, or will never meet.
May all beings be happy and free.

It was an honour to be involved in presenting @fablefund ‘s latest short film!!

I found myself so inspired being in a room full of people whose sole purpose is to fight for the environment. Living in NYC means you can easily lose touch with the importance of the natural world, and this film is a perfect reminder of the magic lying beyond this city of concrete!

A little pause from the pace of the city.

@lauren.mccarthy brought friends together at @saint_nyc for an evening of sauna, cold plunges, and a little time to slow down and reconnect.

We loved being a small part of the evening with our Restorative Hand Wash and Nutrient-Rich Body Cleanser.

Dump of piccies from my retreat because I just can’t help it!!! What a privilege and honour it was to spend 6 days diving deep with our group.

When @benesta.retreats and I decided to organise a retreat together, the 746373 venues we looked at weren’t ticking all the boxes for me. Then we found @couventdepozzo and realised it couldn’t be anywhere else!! Corsica is such a magical island, and this house has been sitting there for over 500 years, gently soaking up with that magic. We felt it!!
