I’m opening up a Learn to Meditate course in Manhattan!!

WHEN: Fri 11/6, Sat 11/7 and Sun 11/8, 6–8pm. Three consecutive evenings.

WHERE: Downtown Manhattan (location tbc, and you know I only teach in beautiful spaces!). You can also join live on Zoom.

WHAT: You’ll learn a simple meditation practice to take home with you. It’s the technique I’ve practiced for years and now teach, and we’ll cover the why behind it so you understand what it’s doing.

I’d love for you to join. Link in my bio to reserve your place.

PS I chose this song because that’s what it sounds like when you meditate 😄

We spend so much time planning our holidays. Places to see, things to do, restaurants to try. Sometimes we come back more tired than when we left. But what about going somewhere just to be there? A few days to yourself. Waking up without an alarm, long walks, a book, or absolutely nothing. Our lodges are a lovely place to do just that. But if you feel like a little adventure, there’s plenty of that here too.

A little reminder: Our lodges close for the season on 2 November.

Equinox in Motion. ✨

Movement followed by stillness, with a little intention in between.

Our Saturday with @seven24collective in the @gansevoort hotel started with Pilates + Sculpt and moved into a sound bath + intention setting session, both led by Well Reserved instructors.

Two very different ways to feel good. One very good morning together.

More to come. ✨

A little pause from the pace of the city.

@lauren.mccarthy brought friends together at @saint_nyc for an evening of sauna, cold plunges, and a little time to slow down and reconnect.

We loved being a small part of the evening with our Restorative Hand Wash and Nutrient-Rich Body Cleanser.

Thank you for having us, Lauren. More evenings like this.

RESPIRA RETREAT 💛

What a meditation & yoga retreat in Corsica can look like.

So much love in this video, little fragments of a week filled with deep meditation, movement, beautiful encounters, vulnerability, kindness, laughter and moments that left us feeling deeply connected and re-energized.

Hosted at the magical @couventdepozzo by Emmanuelle, who welcomed us so warmly and made the experience even more special.

And a huge thank you to @hagop for capturing these moments so beautifully through photos & video.
