For @okayafrica I spoke with Ibraheem Basir, Founder & CEO of @adozencousins , about their latest collaboration with #Disney, "Flavors of Wakanda." This collaboration recognizes the African and Caribbean diaspora through some of the region's most popular dishes to commemorate the highly anticipated Marvel film #blackpantherwakandaforever.

Thank you so much to Nadia Neophytou for the opportunity, Lauren Covey, and everyone at Disney who is a part of this collaboration.

Finding your voice takes practice — and sometimes, a room that gives you space to try. 💜

Creative Confidence Club, developed + produced by KELIDZO for @bcwinaction Girls Leadership Summer Camp.

Because confidence isn’t always about being the loudest person in the room. Sometimes it starts with realizing that what you have to say is worth hearing. ✨

Last year, we attended @5artists1love, celebrating artistry, music, storytelling, and community.

This year, we celebrate 20 years of Fierce Art & Soul at @winspearcentre on June 14. The anniversary show will feature artists, musicians, storytellers, and community members, creating an unforgettable evening.

Kelidzo will cover the event, and we’re excited to share it.

If you haven’t attended before, get your tickets and join the celebration.

Another reminder that representation matters — in every room, in every conversation.

A powerful session with @afrodiasporanursesconnect , centred on career growth, resilience, and showing up authentically in your profession.

The work continues. 🤍

Moderated the Job Search Strategies & Successful Candidacy panel with @afrodiasporanursesconnect bringing together nursing leaders, educators, and health professionals to share real insight and practical guidance.

Every room teaches you something new. This one reminded me that community, clarity, and confidence are key, especially when navigating your career.
