A huge thank you to the Phonica team for including two of our compilations in their Best of 2025 chart! 🙏

It’s a real honour to have our future-focused 15 Years of Leng album recognised among the year’s best and with some lovely words to accompany it too.

It’s also so good to see the Rotation Sound System album in the list as this was a superb project to work on with the Rotation crew and a real labour of love as always.

Both of these albums perfectly capture the care and attention to detail that we put into our releases so huge thank you to everyone who has bought or supported these and all our 2025 releases.

Big shout also to all our artists who make up the Leng family ❤️

We are very happy to announce that Everything You’re About To Hear Is True Vol 2 is now finished and into production with a release date of Friday 16th October.

This volume has taken us a little longer to finish than we’d anticipated as licensing old songs is always a lengthy process and needs the time and attention to make sure it’s done properly.

Now that’s all complete we’re very happy that Vol.2 is the brilliant follow up to last years debut collection from the Rotation family and we know you’re going to love this one just as much.

The 2LP gatefold features song histories from the original writers and musicians where it was possible to get them with the mastering and restoration once again superbly done by Simon Francis. Rotation’s Olly Shenton delivers more stunning artwork to finish the package.

Thanks to everyone who pre-ordered the album at Rotation this year, we appreciate your support as we do everyone who picks up the pre-order from our @bandcamp store.

The pre-order link via our bio is now LIVE

Our San Fransico family come together once again as Marshall Watson drops his debut solo single for us alongside a remix from the evergreen 40 Thieves crew.

Little Monster is just that, a slow burn, psychedelic journey that builds into a cosmic disco rock monster that is Marshall at his most potent, club-focused best.

40 Thieves deliver a genuinely epic, near nine-minute excursion as they drag the inspired original mix further into dub disco-meets-Afro-cosmic territory.

What another brilliant Rotation Garden Party! Amazing music and djs all weekend surrounded by friends old and new!

Dean and Ben alongside the extended Rotation family have created something really special in the Staffordshire countryside and it’s a pleasure to be a part of it.

Highlight for us of course was hearing @richard_sen_coma play his remix of @40_thieves_sf which sounded so good in the cosmic yurt.

A lot of people were asking about Volume Two of the compilation which we’re happy to say is now complete so more news on that coming next week!

Moondata - Let The Moonshine In (Remixes)

The little-known sole single from Moondata, 1984’s jazz-funk/boogie fusion gem ‘Let The Moonshine In’, is a very important record to the Rotation Sound System crew. It has become a familiar favourite at their annual Garden Party festival and formed the centrepiece of their first compilation, last years superb Everything You’re About To Hear Is True Volume 1.

After we tracked down the original artist we discovered he was still in possession of the ultra-rare original studio multitrack tapes so the Rotation crew set about creating their own versions and remixes as Chicken Lips, Mind Fair, T Kutt and Wrekin Havoc.

The vinyl is released next Friday 29th but if you’re near east London then there will be a limited supply of advance copies available at the launch party this Sunday at @fillybrook in Leytonstone, E11
