05/02/2025 just a little under a month out from season opener from our guy, JoJo Frost, recent national champion in the 400 hurdles from the University of Dubuque. The moment is never too large if you have truly prepared yourself for it. Challenge yourself to climb that ladder today. Put all your eggs in that basket and roll the dice every single time. Some may think you’re crazy, over working, etc… those are the same people who will never see themselves at the top like you see yourself. Grow a sense of humility and accountability to hold yourself to an ELITE standard every single day. 🗣️
