Same shit, different month 😬 by @liamspringer_asn_

Week 2 of higher calories 🍚💪

Food is sitting a little over 3,800 calories a day, energy is up, and my average fasted body weight is sitting at 106.5kg.

Still getting my 12k steps in daily and keeping training consistent with a push/pull/legs split, followed by a rest day before repeating the cycle.

More food, better energy, consistent training and recovery. No need to overcomplicate things, just sticking to the plan and letting the process do its thing. 🔥

Fuel the work. Trust the process. 💪 by @liamspringer_asn_

Definitely need help 🤣

📈 Food is going up, and so is the scale!

After pushing through my mini cut, I’ve started increasing my food and this week’s weight is sitting at 107kg 💪

The goal isn’t just to be lighter on the scales. It’s about finding that sweet spot where I can stay lean, fuel my training properly and continue building muscle.

A higher scale weight doesn’t automatically mean fat gain. More carbs, glycogen, water and food volume all play a part.

Trust the process, fuel the body and keep progressing. 🔥

Wouldn’t have it any other way! 🔥 by @liamspringer_asn_

Just 1.25kg more than last week. 📈

Progressive overload doesn't always mean adding 20kg to the bar. Sometimes it's just a little more than last session.

Small improvements. Consistent effort. Over time, they add up.

That's how you build muscle. 💪 by @liamspringer_asn_

Final week of mini cut!

Goal achieved and always learning and remembering the trade offs of fewer calories.

Glad to be back at maintenance 😂 by @liamspringer_asn_

End of Week 2 mini cut 💪

Already down 4.2kg! 🔥

Found my structure, added more veges and diet drinks to help manage hunger, and settling into the process.

Bring on Week 3. Let’s keep rolling! 👊 by @liamspringer_asn_

Current condition at 105.4kgs fasted by @liamspringer_asn_

Behind the scenes of week 1 in a mini cut 👀

Originally was set to be 4 weeks just to tidy up a little bit.
Felt I needed a little goal to feel motivated again.

Might drop to 3 weeks depending on how quick the weight keeps dropping off.

I tend to cut calories aggressively to reduce the amount of time having to be spend in a deficit.
But this does increase hunger hence the Saturday night binge 😂
