Women forgiving their mothers for being girls 🥲

Mosha Cha is still in its beautiful baby startup phase, and the first investors we pitched were the women who raised us. We wanted this to be a matriarch-led mission that made room at the table for an older generation of women.

We held our first investor meeting months ago, @flysimranfly brought her mother and @lifewithpreetam brought his aunt.

The joint vision for Mosha was shared with them. We talked about cycle syncing, the trials of the menstrual cycle, and the kind of ancient, plant-based medicine we believe every woman deserves access to.
We expected questions in return.
What we got was something far more moving.

These women had periods for decades. Multiple pregnancies. Some had hysterectomies. Both are in menopause now. And neither of them had ever been taught what their body was actually moving through all those years.

They thought they just bled once a month. If they didn’t, they were pregnant. And one day, it simply stopped.

No one ever told them about the four phases. No one explained the luteal rage, the follicular clarity, the menstrual need for rest.
No one told them any of it was sacred.

The older generation of women learned to push through their exhaustion, their emotions, their pain — because they had no other language for what they were feeling.
They were expected to constantly perform without ever being asked what was happening in their inner world.

Of course life at home felt turbulent for most.
A woman at her wits’ end, with no map for her own body, is a woman the world failed.

At Mosha, our mission is simple: to give women the knowledge about their bodies that was always theirs, and to make natural cycle-supportive medicine accessible to women everywhere.

Every woman deserves this kind of devotion.

When devotional love for one woman simply must be rippled out to women across the globe.

Mosha is a brand my partner and I are building together to bring ancient medicinal practices back into the modern woman’s life.

- We believe medicine should be living for living bodies.
- Medicine should come from the Earth.
- Women deserve care that understands their cycle, rather than neglects to even take it into consideration.

The four herbal tea blends in our cycle synced tea kit are the exact same recipe @lifewithpreetam made for @flysimranfly many months ago.

Here are some changes women have noticed after consistently using their cycle-synced teas:
🌿 Less PMS symptoms
🌿 More energy throughout their cycle
🌿 Deeper emotional balance
🌿 Regulated, more predictable cycles
🌿 Reduced bloating
🌿 Less painful cramping 🌿 Improved hormonal balance

Here is everything included in your kit:
🤍 4 herbal tea blends, each synced to a phase of your cycle (menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, luteal)

A rich life isn’t just about how full your bank account is (don’t get me wrong, I love that too 🤭).

A rich life is about freedom, the freedom to do what you want, when you want.

So far this year, my mind, my body, my health, and my community have allowed me to travel non-stop to 8 countries… while working, on average, just 2 hours a day.

It’s given me mornings where I can meditate, journal, and train before even thinking about work.

It’s that all-elusive “freedom” we’re all searching for. And yet, the most beautiful part for me… is being able to live that life and still come home to celebrate Rakhsha Bandhan with my sisters.

In Punjabi homes, we call it Rakhri, a festival that honours the bond between a sister and her brother.

Raksha means protection.
Bandhan means bond.

On this day each year, a sister ties a rakhi (thin bracelet) around her brother’s wrist as a blessing for his health and happiness. In return, the brother promises to protect and support her, always.

A thread, a promise, and a love that lasts a lifetime.

Part of my rich life is knowing that even while I’m galavanting around the world, growing a business, and taking on crazy physical challenges…
I can still love my sisters in a way where they know - without question - that they are fully supported, loved, and cared for… as fiercely independent, strong, and powerful women.

Whatever they need, no matter what, I’ve got their back.

I love you ❤️ @k_rayat_ @aleeshachoda @mkrayat
Missed you on this one, @sukhmanimusic

A rich life is living exactly as your highest self chooses — walking through your fears and rewriting your childhood stories so you can live with strength and leadership.

If you want to create a beautiful place for someone to live in, someone that you love, someone that is important to you, first create a beautiful space within yourself. This is where the magic happens.

I’m glad I have you all, you all inspire me so much.

With love,
Preetam

Drinking cycle-synced tea out of your hand picked crystal tea strainer is peak girlhood ☕️

Our teas are blended for each phase of your menstrual cycle, and when consumed daily in accordance with your cycle, these teas become medicinal for the body.

We believe rituals are important for women, so everything we’ve crafted is intentionally meant to elevate your daily life. Hence, a crystal weight for your loose leaves. Absolutely no wet strings, paper in your tea, or microplastics seeping in. (yuck)

Our cycle-synced teas launch soon (maybe like 1-2 weeks?) Follow us for future updates. 💛

Cycles give life just as much as they bring endings.

Welcome to an era where women embrace their fullness, and fuel themselves with intention.

Welcome to the end of an era where women’s wellness is secondary to what a man’s standard is.

We’re closing the cycle of the medicine our ancestors used, and bringing it back to the modern woman. With ease and convenience, of course 🙂‍↕️

This is the FIRST look of our cycle-synced teas.

One herbal blends for each phase of our menstrual cycle.

This is exactly what medicine is designed to be.

Follow us for new juicy updates + to learn about how these blends came to life 💛

At the start of this year I chose something I believed was impossible.
Why?
Because I wanted to see what we’re actually capable of when we go all in.

It’s not about who you are when you cross the finish line, it’s who you become along the way. This goal pulled me apart physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

And the funny thing is… I didn’t even like running. I wasn’t an endurance person, which is exactly why I knew this was the one. If something scares you and you’re terrible at it, that’s usually the doorway.

Ultra endurance showed me a deeper layer of myself. The discipline I thought I had was nothing compared to training 30 to 40 hours a week. I learnt my body and mind are far more resilient than I believed, especially after everything that happened before the race. And I learnt what real focus means.

I’ve done long meditation practices like Vipassana, but the desert demands another level. If you don’t give it your full presence, you’re done. Miss one or two windows of fuelling or hydration and the desert wins.

It also taught me leadership. Take control of what you can, surrender to what you can’t. How centred can you stay when nothing is going your way?

And honestly, an ultra is one of the deepest forms of healing. When you’re in that much pain, all your old stories rise fast. Your mind gives you every reason why you can’t. In that moment, you choose who you’ll be.

If I can go from no running to finishing a 250km self sufficient ultra in 11 months, you can do whatever your version of impossible is.

Who you surround yourself with matters. Everyone I met in this race was exceptional. Being around people who choose the impossible changes you.

I believe in you.

And finally, I’m raising $5,000 for @freetorunngo, supporting young girls in conflict zones through running, education and leadership. If you feel called to give, the link is in my bio.

DESERT ULTRA / Meet Preet 🏃‍♂️

Preet Rayat suffered a life changing injury in his teens that left him struggling to walk, with a diagnosis that he’d never run again.

So you might find it strange that he’s currently two stages in to a 250km Desert Ultra!

Preet spends his life empowering others, and has taken the brave step to put himself in their shoes on the Desert Ultra, pushing himself to the limit and completing something he once thought impossible.

That is endeavour through adversity.

I’ve been quiet on here.

Not because nothing was happening — but because I needed to lock in.

In that time, I ran my first ever race — a 100km night ultra through Langkawi, Malaysia.

I crossed the line 3rd in my category, carrying an injury that was later diagnosed as achilles mid-tendinopathy.

We strapped it, managed the pain, and kept going.

But this page is going to be different now.

It’s not just about what I’m doing.

It’s about what becomes possible for you.

How you can live your own rich life…

Everyone’s rich life is different.

But every rich life includes following your dreams and values with intention — never settling for second best.

It means actually living it in the present moment, not waiting for “one day” after you retire. Or waiting for the day you ‘have enough money’.

Do you know what is the biggest reason people change their lives?

Because someone close to them dies, they are going to die or they’re sick.

Since that race, I’ve said yes to my first corporate sponsor and to @mike.linares and @longevity_farms as my supplement sponsor.

I’ve launched a powerful platform with @flysimranfly for women to reclaim their power. More on this coming soon!

And I’ve started training for the biggest physical challenge of my life — a 250km self-sufficient ultramarathon in the namib desert this november.

I’ve chosen the charity I’ll be running for, and I’ll share that with you in the next couple of days.

Over the next few days, I’ll be sharing more about the changes you’ll see here, the things I have launched and what’s coming next.

For now,
It’s good to be back.

With love,
Preetam

Share with a man that needs to hear this.

As I’ve travelled the world, the healthiest cultures and societies are not the ones where the divide between men and women is huge, instead the cultures where things thrive are where men and women work in unison.

There’s deep strength in both sex’s to work in alignment. To create strength beyond what one sex can do alone.

We live in a world where a man embracing his feminine energy is seen as a bad thing. The embracing of that energy makes him weak.

Let me ask you something?

What is weak about a woman?

The sex that brings life into this world.

The sex that brings every man into this world. The mothers that brought you into this world.

I come from the Sikh culture and in the holy scripture of the Guru Granth Sahib it states that without woman there is no man. Yet for thousands of years we’ve treated the feminine energy and woman like it is less than.

Times are changing.

The way we lead is changing.

The way we move through this world is changing.

No longer will one sex thrive beyond the other: the new world will be an embracing of the feminine, we will see more women leaders, and both energies will work in unison with each other.

This is a post to all men out there. Embrace those parts of you, because that is what will allow you to bring the clearest, safest and loving space to yourself and the women around you.

It won’t make you less of a man, it’ll create the man you’re meant to become.

It doesn’t take your edge away, it gives you a spark.

It doesn’t make you less of a Man, it makes you more dangerous.

We travelled from the top of India to the bottom and back, covering over 5,500 km with four flights and two coaches.

I flew down to meet @flysimranfly for Mahashivratri at @ishafoundation, hosted by @sadhguru in Coimbatore. A truly unique experience. The event ran from 6pm to 6am: 12 hours of meditation, breathwork, dancing, food, and blessings. Staying up all night took a few days to recover from energetically.

With no gym access, training wasn’t perfect, but I still averaged 15km of walking daily, plus two longer runs and a shorter one, covering around 35km running and over 80km walking.

Travelling always makes nutrition tricky because I love trying new cuisines, but as soon as I got back up north, I felt the pull to eat clean again, and I’ve stuck to it.

We launched our first online men’s circle, and it was powerful. Witnessing men show up in such a deep way was incredible. Something profound happens when men are given space to be vulnerable, to heal, and to grow - not just for themselves, but for the world.

Next week will be about locking back in. Finding balance between training, nutrition, rest, mindset, and business.

It’s finally getting warmer, and I need to prioritise rest.

Scroll to the end to see a manmade pond filled with lily pads, lotus flowers, and so much life - a peaceful place to be.

Connecting deeper with myself and my purpose has meant letting go of parts of my old self. It’s a beautiful journey, but also a tender and sometimes painful one. I’m embracing it all.

Here are the kind of questions I have been asking myself as a reminder, feel free to save this post and use for yourself:

Did I live exactly how I wanted?
Did I live intentionally, or was I on autopilot?
What can I do this week to bring more joy or create more alignment?
Am I living out my purpose? How can I do more of that?

Life is a journey we shape every day. If you haven’t been living exactly as you’d like, you can change that anytime. Every morning is a fresh start.

With love,
Have the most beautiful week,

Preetam
