The target keeps moving — and that’s the point.

Women are taught to obsess over their appearance because an insecure woman is a profitable woman.

The beauty industry generates billions by convincing us we’re always one fix, one product, or one transformation away from being enough.

What happens when women realize that the real transformation isn’t changing our body — but changing the beliefs that keep you disconnected from your power?

A year ago, @lifewithpreetam and I opened a space for women ready to break free from inherited conditioning and reclaim their inner authority. Since then, over 600 women have joined us.

Enrollment is now open for our 14-week journey through the body’s energy centers, where we uncover the emotions, patterns, and subconscious beliefs keeping us stuck.
We use a sequence of:
- energy work
- self-hypnosis
- subconscious reprogramming
- ceremony and sisterhood

The goal is for you to learn how to access your inner magic, trust your intrusive voice, and master your energetics to become the co-creator of your reality.

Anything is possible.
We’ve witnessed women make transformational changes within a few weeks in the program.

We believe that a revolution begins with one woman, and extends out beyond her wings🪽

Enrollment for this round closes on June 18th.

Comment JAGUAR for the interest form. 🐆✨

Women forgiving their mothers for being girls 🥲

Mosha Cha is still in its beautiful baby startup phase, and the first investors we pitched were the women who raised us. We wanted this to be a matriarch-led mission that made room at the table for an older generation of women.

We held our first investor meeting months ago, @flysimranfly brought her mother and @lifewithpreetam brought his aunt.

The joint vision for Mosha was shared with them. We talked about cycle syncing, the trials of the menstrual cycle, and the kind of ancient, plant-based medicine we believe every woman deserves access to.
We expected questions in return.
What we got was something far more moving.

These women had periods for decades. Multiple pregnancies. Some had hysterectomies. Both are in menopause now. And neither of them had ever been taught what their body was actually moving through all those years.

They thought they just bled once a month. If they didn’t, they were pregnant. And one day, it simply stopped.

No one ever told them about the four phases. No one explained the luteal rage, the follicular clarity, the menstrual need for rest.
No one told them any of it was sacred.

The older generation of women learned to push through their exhaustion, their emotions, their pain — because they had no other language for what they were feeling.
They were expected to constantly perform without ever being asked what was happening in their inner world.

Of course life at home felt turbulent for most.
A woman at her wits’ end, with no map for her own body, is a woman the world failed.

At Mosha, our mission is simple: to give women the knowledge about their bodies that was always theirs, and to make natural cycle-supportive medicine accessible to women everywhere.

Every woman deserves this kind of devotion.

Drinking cycle-synced tea out of your hand picked crystal tea strainer is peak girlhood ☕️

Our teas are blended for each phase of your menstrual cycle, and when consumed daily in accordance with your cycle, these teas become medicinal for the body.

We believe rituals are important for women, so everything we’ve crafted is intentionally meant to elevate your daily life. Hence, a crystal weight for your loose leaves. Absolutely no wet strings, paper in your tea, or microplastics seeping in. (yuck)

Our cycle-synced teas launch soon (maybe like 1-2 weeks?) Follow us for future updates. 💛
