Lil’ Dubs Competition Routine 2025-2026 by @lildubsdance

Last night was a pretty special night for Weddington Dance.

Homecoming. Our biggest rival. A sold-out stadium. A game with more eyes on it than your average Friday night. (3500 tickets sold)

And our dancers were right in the middle of it.

Our Varsity team took the field and represented Weddington in a game where the spotlight was about as big as it gets. And for our Lil’ Dubs, it was their very first game.

That part means a lot to us.

We started Lil’ Dubs because we want young dancers in our community to grow up knowing there is a place for them in school dance — and because our high school team needs that connection to the next generation.

Last night, our youngest dancers got to experience the high school game from the field, alongside the dancers they look up to. Our Varsity dancers got to lead them and share a little piece of what they’ve worked so hard to build.

And after a pretty wild week, our dancers did what they do best; they showed up, stayed focused and represented themselves and Weddington with pride.

Oh, and the Warriors handled the rest. 42–3. 💚💙

Our Lil’ Dubs were so amazing last night 🥹🥹🥹

These littles performed like PROS in front of a completely SOLD OUT crowd with spectators such as Luke Kuechly and Greg Olsen, Charlotte Media and college coaches from around the country.

We’re gathering everyone’s pics and vids from last night so lots more to follow 💚💙 by @lildubsdance
