POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

My best friend Milo 4/28/10-1/2/24 ❤️

I have no words. I feel like a part of my soul is missing. He has been a constant in my life for almost 14 years.

Milo crossed the rainbow bridge this week after putting up a hard fight against cancer. He was such a good little fighter but I’m glad he’s resting now. 🌈

I have so many pictures and stories I could make a million posts and it wouldn’t even begin to be enough. These are just pictures from 2023. 🥺

He was the kind of cat that made people who hated cats want a cat. He was loved by all that had the glory of meeting him. 😻

It’s never enough time. Enjoy every moment. Hug your pets extra every single day because they bring so much love in such a relatively short time. It is so special. ❤️

Me and Milo’s buddies are doing our best to hold it together and keep living it up and spreading love just as Milo would want. 🥰 by @littleredwolfe

No words can do her presence in my life for over 15 years justice…

Where Milo was my best friend, Indie was my ride or die trap queen. She would have buried a body for me.

I had 15 years of you terrorizing everyone in my life but loving me more and more and it still doesn’t feel like enough.

You were the meanest 6 pound kitty anyone ever met but we had a special bond and my heart feels shattered without you here.

See you in the next life my baby girl INDIE, 2/28/10-5/23/25 💔 taken in East End, Houston by @littleredwolfe

Last Sunday, my dad passed away peacefully at home with me, my mom @yellowrose_tx and his kitties. We had taken this photo only 2 weeks prior on a nice short sunny Sunday walk.

There are literally no words to describe what I’m feeling right now and how amazing of a person my dad was. He was kind, hilarious, and one hell of a good guitar player. He loved animals, especially cats and penguins, and enjoyed spending time cuddling kitties, listening to music, and watching old westerns. If you ever got a chance to meet him, you would know he was a rare and special person.

As difficult as this is, I knew he was ready after a long hard fight with cancer over the last 18 years. I am grateful that he has finally found peace.

We will be hosting a memorial service here in Houston Friday April 11th at Morales Funeral Home (2901 Canal St). 1-3pm will be reserved for family and 3-8pm anyone is welcome to come visit and share some good memories. Saturday April 12th, we will head out to our family cemetery in Rodgers, Texas for a graveside service.

If you have any good Russell stories, please feel free to leave them in the comments or message me. It’s only been a few days and how much I miss him doesn’t even feel possible. ❤️ taken in East End, Houston by @littleredwolfe

MAY THE KILOS BE WITH YOU recap…
Yes, it took me over a week to recover and post this 🫠

I had the pleasure of coaching 8 people who got to go out there and give it everything they had! I am so proud of every single one of these lifters. Whether I’m your regular coach or just your meet coach it brings me so much joy to support you on your big day.

@kelln8or (no video) had a great comeback meet with a 51kg clean and jerk PR!

@kac.johnson smashed her openers and went 4/6 for the day!

@lauren3lifts smoked her opening snatch (meet goal) & destroyed a 77kg PR clean and jerk!

Spencer (too cool for IG) got a total in his first ever meet after starting Olympic lifting just a few months ago!

@dans_mathbreak competed for the first time and exceeded the qualifying total he needed ending with 93/111!

@osagiegaiyamu had a 6/6 meet smoking 95/118 after coming back from injury!

@deehiz1393 went 4/6 hitting her best total to date at 130kg!

@physical_revelry went 6/6 powering everything ending the day with a solid 74/94 and qualifying for finals!

Hope everyone had a blast and is ready for the next one…Dia De Los Kilos 11/7/26 👀

Happy Mother’s Day @yellowrose_tx ❤️

We had a nice walk around Herman Park then had brunch at Empire Cafe. We have been eating there for 25 years since my mom used to drive me down to go vintage shopping in Montrose when I was a teenager! taken in Houston, Texas by @littleredwolfe
