We loved stopping by @gypsykitchen_dc on 14th St for their live Flamenco guitarist night and delicious Pan-Mediterranean small plates! 💃🏽❤️ They have such a beautiful dining room, as well as a gorgeous rooftop patio perfect for date night, girls night out, and weekend brunch! They also offer happy hour Mon-Fri, 4-7 pm. ✨ Some of our favorite dishes included:🐑 Hummus bil Lahme (hummus topped with tender lamb shoulder)🌶️ Crispy Baby Octopus (with an amazing spicy sauce) 🫓 Labneh (paired with homemade crackers, pita, and topped with sweet currants)🧀 Croquettas (creamy chorizo fritters that melt in your mouth)💕 Kataifi Sweet Rolls (tahini mousse, figs, date syrup and homemade local ice cream) For cocktails, they offer so many vibrant options! @pappedc is serving up vibrant Indian dishes in one of the prettiest dining spaces in DC. ✨ We’ve been coming here for dinner for years, so I was excited to finally try their lunch!It’s surprisingly hard to find great restaurants actually open for weekday lunch on 14th Street, which makes this spot even better.
