WOW, not sure how 2023 could have gotten any better! L’Oreal Pro had a record breaking year this year and I couldn’t be prouder to be on this team.

I have absolutely loved supporting the business, our salons, our amazing SBPs from @saloncentric, our beautiful artists, and the incredible events we’ve hosted throughout the country and over seas.

Huge thank you to our fearless leader @heidibryde for being such an inspiring leader❤️

I just spent four unforgettable days in Scottsdale surrounded by the top 20% of achievers at SalonCentric during the Platinum Circle Achievers trip.

While there, I had the incredible honor of being named National District Mentor of the Year — a recognition that feels both deeply rewarding and affirming. Over the past 18 months, I’ve challenged myself to grow, stretch, and lead at a higher level — and this milestone reflects that commitment.

This achievement belongs to more than just me. It’s a testament to the strength and dedication of District 20, the unwavering support from Sal and Region 4, and the powerful partnerships we have across our brands, education teams, and business technology collaborators who aid in growing our salon partners every single day.

Beyond the recognition, what meant just as much was the opportunity to connect with fellow SalonCentric leaders and reconnect with my PPD network. Time spent building relationships, sharing wins, and collaborating on what’s next for 2026 is what truly fuels my flow and my momentum!

I’m heading home filled with inspiration, gratitude, pride — and an even bigger vision for what’s ahead.
