Brunette, but make it cool!

This beautifully blended lived-in brunette is all about intentional placement and soft dimension!

We prepped with Metal Detox metal neutralizer aka hair insurance.
Then created halo highlights using Blond Studio 8 Bonder with 30volume developer.
We sprinkled in DIA Color 5.1 to neutralize warmth in her brunette base as a lowlight & finished with Dia Light 9.11 for that cool-toned glow.

Swipe for the before & after! What do you think of her transformation? 👀

Today was the first day of my L’Oréal Artist Immersion, and I can’t help but reflect on the past few years and how far I’ve come. 🥹✨

I’m beyond grateful to be standing here, still trying to wrap my head around the fact that this is actually happening! Sometimes you have to pause, look back at your journey, and realize that the things you once dreamed of are becoming your reality. ❤️

Getting to meet such incredible artists, hear their stories, and learn about their journeys has been truly inspiring. There’s so much talent, passion, and creativity in one room, and I feel so lucky to be part of it.

My heart is full, and I’m so excited for what the next few days have in store. This is only the beginning! ✨❤️

✨Hello Stylists who want BIG HAIR ENERGY ✨

If you’re working with low-density or fine hair and struggling to create volume, fullness, or that editorial “how did you get her hair THAT big?” finish… this is one of my secret weapons.

L’Oréal Professionnel Tecni.Art Volume Dust has been one of my go-to products on photoshoots when I want to build extreme volume, texture and grip—especially at the root.

What makes a volume powder work? These formulas typically rely on lightweight texturizing and oil-absorbing powders such as silica, which create friction between the hair fibers. That added grip helps separate and support the strands, making the hair look and feel fuller without needing a heavy wet styling product.

For low-density hair, that can be a game changer. I can build height, expand the silhouette, create texture and give the hair enough grip to manipulate it into shapes that would otherwise collapse.

And stylists—remember: product knowledge is part of technique. Knowing what to use, where to place it and how much to use can completely change your finished result.

✨ Want more hands-on education? I offer in-salon education in trend color, cutting and styling. Or make it a team challenge: bring me in for an editorial styling class and let’s see how BIG and creative we can take the hair. How fun would that be?!

Hairstylists—would your salon team be up for an editorial styling challenge? Drop a 🔥 below or DM me about bringing education into your salon.

🌟 Customers Experience Expectations 🌟

In our fast-paced world, customers have some simple yet powerful expectations:

Speed and Efficiency:They want things done quickly, but without losing quality. Every moment matters!

Convenience: Is doing business with your organization and you easy to do? If they message you do we respond in a timely manner?

Transparent Pricing: No one likes surprises when it comes to costs. Being upfront about pricing builds trust and loyalty.

I would love to know all the things that you’re doing to achieve the beautiful results with your guests!

Last night at the SalonCentric Spark event in Pittsburgh, I had the honor of representing @summitsalon and standing alongside an incredible leader in our industry, Ashley of Synergy Salon & Day Spa. ✨

These Spark events are such a powerful reminder of what’s possible when market-leading salon companies align with the right partnerships—leveraging the innovation of the L’Oréal PPD portfolio and the strategic guidance of Summit to truly elevate their business.

Ashley, you are the definition of servant leadership. Your commitment to your team, your clients, and your growth is nothing short of inspiring. The way you continue to innovate and lead with purpose is exactly what our industry needs more of.

I’m so proud to see Summit be a part of your journey and success story. Here’s to raising the standard, together. 🤍
