Man, it’s been a crazy, crazy running journey.

The first clip is me running in France, my first time ever running on another continent. Fast forward to now, and we’re right back at it. Still documenting the journey, showing up, setting goals, having good runs, long runs, bad runs, and embracing every moment of it.

Running is truly free therapy to me. I could never imagine a life where I’m not outside moving, getting the body flowing. You set goals, you set times, you chase the clock, but at the end of the day, you’re really chasing yourself. It’s YOU vs. YOU.

And that’s what I love about running. It’s all accountability. You can’t really blame anybody else. You’re in control of what you put into it, and that’s what makes it so special to me.

Some days my mind just goes completely blank. It’s literally just my soul running. I’m on autopilot, cruising, feeling free. No overthinking, no outside noise, just me and the miles. Man, there’s really nothing like it.

I’m hungry for this shit. And the craziest part is, I genuinely feel like this is just the beginning.

Two minutes of straight heat, by the way. 😂🔥

And seriously, thank you to everybody who’s been pushing me, supporting me, and inspiring me along the way. Especially my High Runs community. Watching everybody crush races, hit PRs, set new goals, and raise the standard for themselves has honestly made me realize I gotta go even harder.

That’s what community is about. We push each other without even realizing it.

2026 is almost over, and man, what a year it’s been. But we’re not slowing down. We’re about to ramp this shit up even more.

2027, I’m stepping on everybody’s neck. It’s takeover time.

Still hungry. Still chasing. Still nowhere near my full potential.

The journey continues. 🏔️🔥

HIGHHIKEZ.COM WEAR THE MISSION by @lukispadu

45.85 miles. 9th overall. Third ultra of the year.

And honestly, probably one of the most miserable race I’ve had 😂

Around mile 30, I genuinely wanted to be done. My ankles were tired, my mind was tired, and after the last couple of months with a 50K, France, 66 miles at The Speed Project, more training, more traveling, and more racing, I could finally feel my body telling me it needed a break.

I’m proud I finished, but I’m even more grateful for the people who helped me get there. Friends showing up, helping me fuel, checking on me, and believing in me when I wasn’t really feeling like myself meant more than I can explain.

And to everybody who came up to me and said they watch the videos or recognized High Hikez, thank you. That part really hits different. Something that started online is slowly becoming a real community in real life, and seeing that happen means a lot to me.

Got the finish. Took the lesson.

Now it’s time to listen to the body. 🤝🏾

Ran across France. Ran some more. Found myself completely in my element somewhere along the way.

No crowd. No finish line. Just the next handoff.

Grateful for every person, opportunity, mile and crazy idea that got me here.

To my people who have been watching, supporting and believing in this from the beginning, thank you. 🤞🏽

Doubled down. Took 3rd. Legs still worked.Apparently 287 miles wasn’t enough. 😂

this is what the chapter looked like while I was living it

You can go far alone. This far takes people. 🤞🏽

smooth, controlled, relaxed

France had me feeling way too comfortable being uncomfortable.

The road kept asking. We kept answering.

I came here to run. Left knowing I belong in places like this.

in my element

Chapter 1 is in the books. I’m not even close to done. by @lukispadu

I haven’t really explained what happened in France yet.

So here it is.

We started in Chamonix with one objective: keep moving until we reached Marseille.

This wasn’t a normal race.

No perfectly controlled course. No comfortable routine.

Just a team, a van, some shoes, and hundreds of miles between where we started and where we needed to finish.

Chamonix → Marseille.

289 miles as a team.
36,750+ ft of climbing.
47 hours.

France looked beautiful from the pictures.

Our legs had a slightly different opinion. 😂

My piece of the journey:

65 miles.
11 hours of movement.
10,600+ ft of climbing.
2 days.

Probably one of the most unique running experiences of my life.

At some point the numbers stop meaning much.

You’re tired. Your body hurts. You don’t know exactly when you’re running again.

And then somebody tells you it’s your turn.

So you move.

This is what I mean when I say move with intent.

Not everything needs to make sense to everybody else.

Sometimes you just have to believe in what you’re doing long enough for your life to start reflecting it.

A few years ago I was simply documenting hikes and runs because I loved being outside.

Now running has taken me across the world.

That still doesn’t fully register.

And this might be my favorite part of all of it.

The people.

New friendships. New countries. New opportunities. Same love for movement.

Thank you to @thespeedproject , the entire team, and @altrarunning for letting me experience something I’ll remember forever.

A story I’ll probably be telling for the rest of my life.

Grateful is an understatement.

I’ve learned that when you genuinely stand for something, keep showing up, and stop letting other people’s idea of who you’re supposed to be control you…

some very unexpected doors start opening.

This one opened in Chamonix.

I have a feeling we’re just getting started.

END THE STIGMA. by @lukispadu

The work came first. The watch came later. @corosglobal saw what I was building and gave me the tools to keep building.

from running by feel → to understanding the effort.

141 AVG HR • Control the mind. Control the effort. Keep moving with intent.

9:01 EFFORT PACE • The goal was never to look fast. The goal was to keep becoming harder to stop.

5,958 FT • Every climb asked the same question: how bad do you really want it?

Nothing about progress is linear. Neither was this.

They can stereotype the lifestyle. They can’t argue with the work.

Five hours with nowhere to hide from yourself.

So I’ll keep running. Keep climbing. Keep showing up. Until the stigma has nothing left to stand on. by @lukispadu

12,633 FT ABOVE THE STIGMA.

The higher we go,
the smaller the excuses get.

10 miles • 3,000+ ft of climbing.
Arizona’s highest peak.
Still smiling… sorta lol

We came for the summit.
We keep coming back for what happens on the way there.

This was never supposed to be just about me.

One hike became a group.
The group became a community.
The community became a movement.

peak pro really made it to 12,633 before most people 😭🏔️

came all this way just to get faded at a higher elevation.

Arizona gave us its highest point… now what?

side quests > staying comfortable.
same time next Sunday? by @lukispadu

They called it a phase

It became a lifestyle

Then it became a community.

Now it’s becoming a movement.

Every hike. Every run. Every conservation
